Let's talk about the main animatronic, Freddy. Freddy is the mascot of Freddy Fazbear's Pizza, hence his name being in the company's name. At first, as seen in a mini game in Five Nights at Freddy's 2, Freddy is the only animatronic to be seen. but he would soon be joined by his three friends Bonnie, Chica, and Foxy.

as much as we all love this animatronic, there's still many secrets about him. Like why is a bear the mascot for a Pizzeria. Why are there handprints on his face. why is he the animatronic that kills you when all the lights go out. well, let me try to answer some of these questions, and more.

The first fact I would like to mention is the gender child I believe Freddy is possessed by. now this may not seem like a good thing to talk about but I believe it has a little meaning in the story. sometimes when you check the cameras to check on Freddy you will sometimes see him in the ladies restroom. now, this does not mean that Freddy is a perv. what I believe it means is that he was possessed by a girl. Now, I'm not 100% if this is true but there are other terrorists who also theorized that Freddie could have been possessed by a girl. (Just wanted to throw that out there.)

now, let's talk about the mysterious handprint on Freddy's face. A lot of people believe that this was caused by The Bite of 87, from the child trying to pull him out of its head. But I believe the handprint was caused by another employee. if you look at the hand print, it's too big to be a child's handprint. If you listen to phone died on the 4th night of Five Nights at Freddy's you will hear that the animatronics are right at his door. You will then hear the power go out and Freddy's theme song play in the background. Afterwards, he is attacked by Freddy. when he was attacked by Freddy I believe he tried to stop Freddy from attacking him. And that's my theory on the handprint on Freddy's mask.
