Twilight's POV

"I..I...fine..." I followed him.

We were just a step away from the forest. "Are you ready?" he asked.

"Are you ready?" I asked back. "Ready as I'll ever be," he sighed.

"I guess I'm ready too," I took out my saddle bag, searching through it.

"What are you looking for?" he asked. "Just making sure I brought something with me," I answered.

We walked into the forest together. "So why exactly are we here again?" he asked, nervously. "Well, there's been something strange going on here. I just need to find what's wrong and...you know...just make it all normal."

"Oh..." he looked at the slimy trees which looked odd. I don't remember them looking this...

Creepy...

I'm not sure if this is just an illionsion but...they were moving. It was slow enough not to be noticed though. But with enough concentration you can tell.

"So...where's your dragon friend?" he asked. "My dragon friend?"

"...My dragon friend...SPIKE!" I remembered. "Oh no! Oh no! Oh no!"

"He burped up a scroll and then went back to bed immediately after. I was panicking too much when I saw the letter was urgent and then I left him!" I explained. "How could I have forgot?" I panicked.

"I need to-" I started but got cut off. "Woah there...he'll be fine. We'll be back by tonight," he convinced me, stopping me from going home.

"If you say so..."

Flash's POV

"Now, where do we go?" I asked after a while. "I'm not sure..."

"But you've been here, before haven't you?" I asked. "Yes, but you don't expect me to remember everything. I barely even know what's wrong with this place," she replied.

"I guess we should just head to the middle," she said keeping her distance from me.

"So...umm..." I tried to start a friendly chat but failed once again. I looked up the sky. It's been hours. The sky was dark and the moon was shining brightly. It was quite hard to tell though; with all the trees blocking the way.

Then, I heard howling. "What was that?" I asked, not knowing much about the Everfree Forest.

"The...Timberwolves..." she froze.
