Hiya guys so I meant to start yesterday but I didn't end up exercising (Monday is my day off haha) here my routine I'm going through today, I don't know the technical names for most of them so I'm describing the one I don't know to the best of my ability :)
Using weights
(4kg kettle bell and 4kg dumb bells)
Kettle bell swing
Bicep curls
Kettle bell squats
Laying on back bringing dumbbells down to chest and back up
Picking up kettle bell and putting it back down
Holding dumbbells at sides and stretching back leg out whilst bending the front knee
With resistance bands
Resistance band walk
Stretching with resistance band
With no equipment
Bridge
On floor bicycle
Jogging on spot
Plank
Pushups
Sit ups
Dancing
Rest your upper back onto a bed and put your feet out so you form a bridge lower your lower back to the floor so your bum touches the floor and come back up.
