Did he really just mean what he said?
No, he can't have meant it if that was the case he would have come before to get me, why would he get me a month later. No this is another trick of his, I can't trust him i believe everything he says to quickly and i need to stop.

"I don't believe you Josh I don't believe you at all" i enter my house quickly before he could say anything else but all i hear him say is "I'm not lying Rebecca i swear i love you a lot and that's why I'm here to take you back"

I didn't want to hear another word from him so i go upstairs and i enter my room. I plug both my ears with headphones and i listen to music.
As i lay flat in my bed i receive a call from my manager.

He tells me that i need to perform on a dance show and i need to attend a few interviews. I was annoyed since he never mentioned this when i went to see him today. I call my stylist and makeup artist over and they arrive after an hour. My makeup artist started immediately on my makeup while my stylist was showing me a range of dresses for me to wear with matching heels.

I wasn't really bothered so i picked any dress that looked nice to me.
After i had got my makeup done i got dressed into my outfit which didn't take too long.

I leave the house with my stylist and makeup artist and i sit inside my car.

"Excuse me could you drive fast please I'm kinda in a rush" i say breathlessly

"Sure ma'am" the driver says kindly

"Don't worry Rebecca I've instructed him to drive very fast" Josh pops his head from the front seat randomly and i was slightly startled.

"Josh what on earth are you doing here" i sigh and ask him in an annoyed tone of voice

"I'm coming with you" he says as he buckles his seatbelt

"Er no your not get out of my car" i speak rudely to him

"No not until you agree to come back to New York with me" he folds his arms as he thought he was being clever

"Get out of my car now before i call the police" i bring out my phone from my purse and I give him a scary look.

"Pfft like you'd call the police on me" he says mockingly as he didn't take me seriously but he realised that i was in a rush and I didn't have time to argue with him so he left the car.

"Be back soon okay I'll be waiting" he screams as my driver drives away from the house.

(Four hours later)
I return back home and my feet were killing me, as i left my car i walked back home barefoot and i held my heels in one hand. I enter the house and my parents were most likely fast asleep as the house was pitch black. I climb up the stairs and it took me a while to get to my room because of my feet. I had blisters on both my feet and it was extremely painful.

Once i got to my door i turn the knob and i enter my room, i switch the lights on and i limp towards my desk. I take off my jewellery and suddenly i hear Josh's voice.

"Wow you look exhausted" i look over to Trent's house and i see him staring at me through Trent's window.

"Josh what are you doing in Trent's bedroom" i walk over to the window and we were both inches away from each other

"I'm living here for now just until you agree to come back to New York with me"

"Well that's not gonna happen no matter how much you try"

"We'll see anyways you should probably get some rest but if you need me just call out to me okay" he sits on Trent's bed and smiles directly at me.

"Okay I'll do that" i roll my eyes at him and i close my curtains.

I get inside my bed after getting out of my outfit and i snuggle up all cozy in bed. I fall fast asleep after a while.

I wake up the next day and i got to spend the whole day to myself. I decide to go see a few of my friends but before i could actually leave my house Josh was standing at my doorway.

"Josh what do you want" i moan and roll my eyes at him

"I thought we could hang out today" he says in a cheerful way

"I can't I'm going out with my friends"

"Forget your friends hang out with me I'll take you on a nice romantic date" he moves closer to me and he tries wrapping his arms around me but i push him away

"No thank you we're not even dating" i cross my arms

"We could if you give me a chance" he pouts cutely

"No I'd rather hang out with my  friends" i step forward to leave the house but he stops me

"Wait..."

"What" i sigh annoyedly

"Can we hang out afterwards"

"I'll think about it" that means no

"No I don't need you to think i need to know so it's either yes or no"

"No now let me go" i put my right foot in front to leave but he blocks my way

"No not until you say yes" why does he have to be so stubborn

"Seriously Josh stop being stubborn"

"I will be if you don't agree to come out with me" he argues and out of nowhere dad pops out from behind.

"Alright alright whats going on here" he asks us both

"It's nothing dad i just need to go" Josh lets me pass him and i head into my car and i drive off.

(Josh's POV)
I watch her drive off and i look towards her dad who looked angry.

"Listen to me if you don't stop harassing her there will problems so it's best if you leave from here and go back to New York" he threatens with his eyes widened

"I'm not gonna leave from here if i do leave It'll be with Rebecca"

"With me around that's not gonna happen" i chuckle as I couldn't take him serious.

"I don't get what your problem is with me i saved your daughter and i took care of her not only that i saved your life by taking you to the hospital three months ago if i wanted I could've just left you at the house to suffer but I didn't because you're Rebecca's dad and I'm not heartless so I'd really appreciate it if you could help me convince Rebecca instead of hating me" he stares at me with his nose flared up and he shuts the door on my face.

(Rebecca's POV)
I go over to my favourite cafe just nearby to my house and i wait for my friends. They text back saying they can't come and i was a bit disappointed.
Suddenly i notice a guy staring at me, he was quite tall and he looked a bit familiar.

"Hey Rebecca what are you doing here I didn't think I'd see you here" he speaks to me so casually

"I'm sorry but who are you"

"Don't you recognise me" he smiles brightly

"Er no" i shake my head with a tensed expression

"Well who could I don't wear glasses no more and i don't read comics" as soon as he said that the first person that popped into my head was a boy named Parker from high school

"Oh my god are you Parker"

"Yeah..hi" he says nervously

"Oh....wow you've changed a lot" i look from head to toe and he looked amazing. He chuckles again

"So er what are you doing here"

"I was waiting here for my friends but they cancelled our plans last minute"

"Oh well if your not busy right know would you like to hang out for a while...but you don't have to I'm just offering since I'm not doing anything" he asks timidly and i thought it was cute.

"Er sure why not" he looked really happy once i agreed and we both sat down and ordered drinks.

(Josh's POV)
I wait impatiently for Rebecca to come back which wasn't soon but when she did arrive back she arrived with a guy who I've never seen before.

"Who are you" i ask the guy as he approaches with Rebecca and they were both giggling together.

"Don't answer him and just ignore him he's crazy" Rebecca walks past me with the guy and I can't help but to pull her back.

"Wait who is he"

"He's a friend of mine" she releases herself

"I've never seen him before"

"Well you haven't seen most of my friends because you don't need to we don't share any forms of relationships" that actually hurt what she just said and i was hoping she didn't really mean that.

She enters her house and i literally speed off to Trent's house to see what she was doing. I enter his room and i slam the door shut, i watch her sitting on her bed talking to him and they were mostly laughing together.

He had his eyed glued onto her and I didn't like that. When she notices that I'm looking towards them she gets up from her bed and she closes her curtains.

I lay in bed and I play a game on my phone as i wait for the guy to come out. I hear Rebecca's door open and I quickly roll off the bed and i rush over to my window to see Rebecca hugging him goodbye.

I leave Trent's room and i head downstairs. I leave the house and i walk over to Rebecca.

"Seriously you hug him and you let him in your room for bloody an hour and a half but you won't let me when you know how much i love you"

"Ugh I don't have time for this Josh" she walks past me and enters her house.

Nearly everything I'm doing isn't working i have to do something that'll make her listen to me.
