-First Day Of College-

Your POV

Today was the first day of college, I'm very excited. I had prepacked my clothes and other items to take with me. "I'm very proud of my daughter. She's come so far and has gotten very smart" my mom said as she walked into the kitchen to give me hug. "Mom stop it" I giggled. I checked the time and it was 10:45 am. "I need to go mom, I love you". I said while heading out the door. I heard her say I love you while trying not to cry. They said we didn't need to be to the campus until 11:30 am. It was a 20 minute drive from here. When I got there I parked as close as possible to the check in area. I really didn't feel like walking a bunch. As I walked down the sidewalk Layla ran up to me. "Hey Ashley" she squealed. "Oh my god, hey! Since when-" I almost finished when she interrupted. "I got accepted a few days ago"! she said while pulling me to the check in line.

Justin's POV

I walked through the crowd of people and saw Ashley standing in line with Layla. I ran up to the line and gave Layla the sssshhh sign when Ashley wasn't looking.  I picked Ashley up from behind and spun her around. "Hello, beautiful" I said while kissing her cheek. She wrapped her arms around me and gave me a hug. I smiled and thought to myself that she's gotten prettier. Once we signed in we checked our schedules. We happened to have most classes together. Except that one of my "classes" is football practice and another one is with mechanics. I'd think mechanics would be a football retirement job. We headed to our place. Yes, Ashley and I are sharing one of those houses. Layla had already headed to her dorm to meet her roommate. A few days ago, the movers had already moved our stuff into the house except for a few things we had brought with us. I'm glad we finally get to be alone in a house!
