It's a fictional illness born with one-side love. The patient will throws up and cough of flower petals when they suffer from one -side love. It can be cured by having their feelings returned. If not, the flower in their lungs will continue to grows, causing them to die.

This flower can be surgically removed, but patient will lose the romantic feeling they have towards their crush.

The doctor of RED team doesn't look any better than BLU Medic, this poor guy's condition even worse than him. They saw RED Medic sitting on one of the patient's bed with IV bags injected to his arm. He clenched his chest while coughing violently

Several blue petals fell from his mouth, including a single blue rose which has stem attached on it.

"Blue rose? Our medic puked up the red one!" BLU Sniper said.

"Did he tell you who he likes?" RED Spy asked.

"That one who coughed up petals." BLU Engineer pointed at RED Medic "How 'bout your doc?"

"He never told us anything." RED Spy shook his head slightly. "He keeps this to himself. Actually, no one would have known about this if I hadn't sneaked into his room and found him like that."

Blue petals are scattered around the infirmary. It's on the floor, his desk, patient's bed, everywhere. RED Medic picked up the rose and looked at it.

"Do you fell for someone, liebe? Why did I saw those petals coming out from your mouth?"

He held it close to his chest, gently carasses it with his fingers.
