1. What is your real name (Optional)? Where are you from (Optional)?
A:My name is Sonam Kandalgaonkar, I’m from Mumbai, Maharashtra

2. Are you a home maker or a working woman or a full time writer?
A: Presently home maker and a part time writer

3. What is the thing that inspired you to write?
A: To escape the reality and imagine my kind of happily ever after

4. What is the genre of books you want to write in future? Why?
A: Romantic for sure, and then may be on Health related.

5. When did you started to write?
A: The year 2016

6. Are they any changes you have seen in yourself after you started to write? If yes, what are the changes?
A: I never knew I could express myself ,I’m type of person who doesn’t like sharing problems with other but shares happiness with everyone, but writing help me to express my emotions and think that me a better person emotionally.

7. What is the first comment you received after publishing your first draft? Do you remember the person you gave you that comment?.
A: I wrote the first book on Watt pad, I received many comments. Sorry cannot disclose her identity but she personally messaged me, that she absolutely loved the story and can relate so much to Arika (Arika)

8. How did you get to know about wattpad? Were you an author before writing in wattpad?
A:I wanted to read something online, so accidently it got to me Wattpad, and I’m was not an author before.

9. What are the genres you prefer to read? Why?
A: I love writing on plus size heroines, I think body shaming is bad in India, and we sometimes do it unintentionally without realizing what the other person has gone through.

10. What are the genres you don’t prefer to read? Why?
A: On Extra martial Affair and multiple sex relations.

11. Is there any book that changed your life? If so what is it and how it changed your life?
A: I have read many novels, reading has definitely changed many things, but I love some books like IKIGAI, The 5am club, The alchemist and many such inspirational books which have changed my course of living, main is being positive in any situation.

12. Have you ever thought that you will write your book of your own?
A:Yup one day for sure

13. What is the character that you can relate yourself from one of your book?
A: All my characters are based on some real life incidents so I can relate to a few situations.

14. What would you like to do when you are not writing?
A: My top priority now is looking after my one year old baby and then reading if I get some time

15. What do you think makes a good story?
A: Connection between characters.

16. What were the key challenges you faced when writing your first book?
A: My amateur writing

17. If you write your autobiography anytime in future what would be the first and last line of your book? What will be the title of your autobiography?
A: Sorry haven’t thought about that yet

18. Did you get any friends through wattpad?
A: Yup

19. What is the best part of being a writer?
A: You can transmit yourself in another world created by the writer

A: Keep reading my books and encourage me through your comments.
