A/n please excuse the spelling mistakes as they are meant to be here to show drunkenness.

Today is my birthday and no one knew or seemed to care,sure I had told everyone its my birthday but it must have gone unheard. So I decided I would go and celebrate on my own,I snook off the ship and headed back into the Matrix. I went back to the bar that I went to a few times before I was unplugged from the Matrix. I sat at the bar and got drunk,yes I know the drinks aren't real but I didn't care at this point. Ten bottles later and I certainly feel a lot better than I did before, I leave the bar and go for a walk.

I have a feeling that I am being followed but think nothing of it,I can  handle myself anyway thanks to all the training I have received. I walk a few more blocks and then my suspicion is confirmed, I am being followed by two men
"Hey pretty lady,looking for some fun?" One guy asks
"Pfft get lost jerksward" I say
"I think someone is drunk" the second guy smirks
"Last tim...go way" I tell them.

"You're coming with us" the first guy says. The two guys try to grab me but I fight then off,thank god for the drunk fighting skills I have. I made short work of the two guys but fall over in my state
"What are you doing Miss L/n" a man's voice says,I look up and see a familiar man in a suit,sunglasses and with a ear piece in his right ear
"Hey Smithy" I say hiccuping "Where come from?"
"You know I can appear anywhere any time" Agent Smith tells me.

Smith's P.O.V

"Why two of you?" Y/n asks
"Are you drunk?" I ask
"I not drunk you drunk" Y/n says laughing
"I will take that as a yes" I say,Y/n attempts to stand up but falls into my arms instead
"Smithy me hereoe" Y/n says giggling again
"It is not like you to get drunk Miss L/n" I say looking down at the woman.

"You cute for compuper" Y/n says, I know she doesn't mean that
"Thank you, let's get you somewhere safe" I tell her
"I saf ready" Y/n pouts, she goes to leave but stumbles
"Miss L/n where are you going?" I ask  following the woman
"Don know" Y/n says falling over,I pick up the woman and put her over my shoulder.

"Driver I wan burger" Y/n says as I walk
"Greasy food doesn't cure hangovers" I tell Y/n as I reach my car
"I WAN BURGER"  Y/n shouts,I open the passenger door and carefully put the drunk woman on the seat
"If you stop shouting, I will get you a burger" I say putting the seatbelt over her
"K Smithy" Y/n says kissing my cheek,I feel my program glitch slightly at her gesture.

After closing the door I re compose my self before getting into the drivers side. On the drive,Y/n rolls down the window and hangs out of it like a common canine. I grab the back of her jacket and pull her back into her seat
"Sit still will you" I tell her
"Sorry daddy" y/n says,I couldn't help the small smile that appeared on my face. Even though Y/n is blind drunk she still is very attractive for a human.

Time skip to next day

Y/n's p.o.v

I woke up in a bed in a unfamiliar room,my head is pounding. I sit up groaning
"Look who's finally awake" I hear someone say
"Smith,where did you come from?" I ask knowing the voice. Smith put the book he is reading down and looks over at me
"I found you fighting two men drunk last night" Smith tells me.

"Did I say why?" I ask,Smith stands up from the chair he is sat in and walks over to sit beside me on the bed
"Something about your birthday" Smith says,it is then I notice he isn't wearing his sunglasses as I can see his icy blue eyes and that his ear piece isn't in his ear
"Oh yeah now I remember" I see that Smith also has bruising on his neck and his tie is lose.

"What happened to you,your untidy?" I ask Smith
"You bit me several times last night" Smith tells me
"I did what?" I ask shocked
"You requested a burger,then I brought you hear to sleep and you jumped on me and bit me" Smith says
"Are you saying we made out?" I ask him
"If that's what you humans call it,then yes we did"
"Well you are cute for a program" I say quietly.

"Just cute,last night Miss L/n I believe you said that I am sexy for a computer" Smith says smirking,I hide my face in my hands
"Its the truth" I say my voice muffled by my hands
"What was that" Smith asks,I look up at him and say
"I meant what I said,you are sexy" I admit
"I must say I was against taking advantage of you in your drunken state,however I see no reason to not to now" Smith says slyly
"You're a bad program Smithy."
