i held tylers hands and looked at the bandages.
"are they bad?"
"kind of, they burn sometimes."
"why did you do that?"
"i thought you liked me and i felt really angry that you didn't."
"i do like you."
"but you don't like-like me."
"of course i do, tyler. you're beautiful."
his face got really red
"then why did want to be that girls boyfriend and not mines?"
he started crying again
i hugged him again and he pushed me back. i almost fell off the bed.
"i do want to be your boyfriend! my friends just don't know about you and they were telling me to say yes and wouldn't leave me alone!"
i tried to hug him again and this time he let me.
"i promise i'm not lying. i dont even like ashley. she's really bossy anyway. and i'm going to tell all my friends about how cool you are and how we're boyfriends and maybe you can meet them."
tyler pulled back from our hug.
"really?"
"yes i'll do it all tomorrow."
"i love you joshy." he smiled really big
