Ordinary orphan girl
I looked outside at the stars right outside my window. I thought about what my life could be. One day, I will have a mother, and a father. But I've been here for five years, ever since I was three. I flipped onto my back. My poufy black hair was a better cushion for my head then my flat, hard pillow. I stared at the celling, my mind racing with possibilities. When finally, I couldn't take it.
I hopped out of my bed, my stiff bed creaking under me. I flinched. I looked around the room at the three other girls sleeping around the room. I slowly and quietly snuck up to the door and quickly opened it, so it doesn't squeak to badly. It still squeaked, I flinched again, but luckily no one woke up.
I quickly and quietly jogged down the hallway. Every now and then I would freeze at a noise I had heard. Eventually, I reached a room with a heavy brown door. I tried the door handle, it was unlocked. I was far enough away that it didn't matter if the door squeaked.
I walked in and closed the door. I flicked on the light switch, and saw the thing I was in here for. There, in the middle of the room, sat a glassy, brown, electric guitar. I plugged it into the amplifier then plugged that into the wall.
I lightly strummed a string, it was a bit louder then I wanted, so I turned the volume nob on the amp. I tried it again. It was perfect. My fingers quickly glided up and down the strings creating my song, my own tune based on the way I feel.
Sorry it was so short, I just thought I would try to get this going, so I hope you enjoyed this chapter! Next one should be coming out soon.
