Dear Father,

Before I was ever born, I was met to be with you
  The first introduction I ever had with you, made me love you
  When I am ashamed and wish to hide,
   You bring me out  and comfort me,
  You celebrate my joys with me,
And carry me through my shadows,
You discipline me to become my best self,
  to see me succeed
And follow you into greatness.
  I'll follow you into greatness
  Though I left you countless times,
You never changed
  And welcomed me back when I returned
    I wish for others to know you,
To experience what I have  with you,
You are the reason I'm brave enough to be myself,
  You are the reason I've made it this far,
  You never change,
