There are soulmates in this universe, but signs only show up once people turn 15. It normally takes longer for signs to show. So if you were to talk or meet your soulmate it would take longer to know it's them than it happen immediately if that makes sense. So basically Bakugo and you are soulmates but don't know it yet. Let's do this!

You've always been the tough type, never letting anyone in and keeping up a hard and unapproachable exterior. Despite you trying to keep people out so you wouldn't get hurt some people managed to see you without your layers of walls that you worked so hard to put up. Some it took mere seconds to see past others years. You've had this going for years. Since that days when you were 7.

A villain had attacked when you and your parents were walking downtown. A major one to. It was sudden and people were running and screaming. The ground started to shake. Buildings started collapsing. Your parents grabbed you and tried to get you out of the area and somewhere safe so they could help(they're pro heroes). You watched safely from the side while your parents went around helping people who were stuck under rubble. While your mom was helping someone another earthquake hit from the fight. Your mom pushed the person out of the way as debris rained down. Your dad saw.
" LUCYYYY!!!!" He shouted as he tried to get there before the debris crushed her. She looked at us with a look of acceptance and smiled. She seemed to be telling us everything will be ok. The debris hit. You heard a ringing in your ears. You watched on almost like watching a film as your dad moved the debris away finding your moms body under it all. He gingerly picked her up. Tears streaming down his face as he held his wife and partner. It looked like he was screaming. You couldn't hear him. There was still ringing. You stumbled forward trying to get to your dad. A pro grabbed you.
"You have to stay back sweetie." He said gently while holding you back
"No. NO!! That's my mom and dad!! DAD!! DAD!! WHATS WRONG WITH MOMMY!!!"
Your dad turned to look at you. His face full of tears, pain, and anguish. His dark eyes full of sadness. He turned and starting walking towards you and the pro with your mother in his arms.
He knelt down to look you in the face, you were now also crying because you saw your dad crying. He smiled at you.
"Don't cry firecracker it's ok." He said to you in his tone of voice when he's trying to get you to calm down
"But your crying." I protested. "What happened to mommy? Why won't she wake up."
Your dad looked at you. Knowing you could handle the truth. "She's gone sweetie. But don't worry, we'll see her again someday." He smiled at you. Put your mom's body to the side and swept you into a hug. Both of you crying into the others shoulders. He held you tightly not wanting to let you go Incase you left him too.
"Don't worry my firecracker I'll take care of you." The villain had escaped. And authorities still didn't know who it was.

From that day forward you knew you had to be strong for yourself and for your dad. You didn't want him to worry anymore than he already did. He was the greatest man you've ever met and you didn't want to let him down. Each day after that he came home with sadness in his eyes that never left. They would light up when they saw you but there was still some there. At the funeral it was cruelly sunny outside. Both you and your dad were crying, holding each others hands and not letting go. You put up that exterior after the funeral but your childhood friend noticed. Katsuki Bakugo. He knew immediately.

Bakugo had been picking on Izuku Midoriya one day after school in the woods by the park. And while you were never close friends with Midoriya you still didn't like the way Bakugo picked on him. You never said anything to him though. You stayed silent til one day after the funeral when the bullying was particularly bad.
Midoriya was almost unconscious in Bakugo's grip. Small explosions burning Midoriya's shirt. You had been sitting beneath a tree nearby when you decided you had had enough.
"Bakugo leave him alone." You said nonchalantly but a bit hesitantly. You had your eyes closed and your head resting against the tree. Normally you don't act like this. You were always a bit more timid and shy. You heard Bakugo stop
"What the fuck did you say?!" He yelled.
"Y-you heard me." You replied, sitting up and walking towards him. Midoriya had woken up a bit and was watching with a surprised and fearful expression on his face.
After you reached them you stopped. Your face two inches away from Bakugo's.
"B-Back off Bakugo. You don't know what Midoriya could be going through so let him go." You said calmly but with venom and malice laced in your voice. You narrowed your eyes at him as you said this. His eyes widened and he dropped Midoriya. You bent down and helped him to his feet. He thanked me rather nervously and ran off for home as fast as he could.
"What the fuck was that for huh?!?!" Bakugo had begun his tantrum. You regarded him calmly. You always tried to deal with him calmly, but you were a shy person.
Sighing I said "I did it because you were going a bit overboard today." You avoided his gaze because you knew he'd see straight through that lie.
"Ok what's wrong you fucking idiot. You know I can see straight through your lies." He said rather calmly. You looked back at him. He seemed to have calmed down at the fact something was obviously wrong. Sighing you beckoned him back over to the tree. Sitting down you waited for him to join you. While you would've loved to tell him nothing was wrong and leave it at that he would've been able to tell you were lying. He just knew you to well. You took a deep breath.
"I'm not ready to tell you the whole story yet but I will someday. Let's just say I something happened and I have some shit to work through." Your voice cracked and you tried to stop your eyes from welling up. His eyes widened. He wasn't sure what to tell you. So he did something out of character and gave you a hug as you gave in and cried into his shirt. You sat there for what felt like an hour crying, him holding you as you did. Bakugo would always be able to see past your walls.

After the school year was done you and your dad moved away to a different house so he could train you properly without worrying about you burning the house down. And to give you both some time to recover. The day before you left you stopped at Bakugo's house to say goodbye.
Mitsuki, Bakugo's mom, hugs you tightly.
"Have fun and stay safe sweetheart. Don't burn yourself out without all the training. Keep in contact please. We'll see you in a couple years ok?" You nodded.
"Yeah of course don't worry I'll be fine. I'll send messages and letters as much as I can." You smiled warmly at her. "KATSUKI!!!! COME SAY GOODBYE YOU LITTLE SHIT!!!!!!!" She yelled over her shoulder.
"STOP SHOUTING YOU OLD HAG!!!! I'M RIGHT BEHIND YOU!!!!!" He shouted back. Equally as loud. She hit him on the top of the head.
"WHAT THE FUCK WAS THAT FOR YOU HAG!!!!!!"
"SAY GOODBYE OR ILL DO IT AGAIN!!!!!!"
"Tch. Fine." He turned to you his red eyes meeting your (e/c. Eye color) ones.
"Keep in touch ok. I'll miss you as much as I hate to admit it. And whatever shit your going through, I hope you work it out ok?" He said avoiding eye contact at the last part.
"Yeah of course. I'll see you soon Katsuki. Work hard. I know you can become a great hero." You smiled at him. Said goodbyes one more time and walked with your father back to the car. The Bakugos watching you the whole way.
"Hey Natsu!! Take good care of her ok." Mitsuki said.
Your father turned. His cherry blossom colored hair blew in the wind. He gave a smile that reached his eyes. "Don't worry. I'll protect her with my life. Goodbye everyone see you soon." You both waved. Then hopped in the car. Heading to your new home for the next few years.

TIME SKIP BECAUSE I CAN!!!

You were applying for U.A. You had just moved back to your old house after 7 years of grueling training with your father. You made friends at school but they weren't the same as Bakugo. As much as you hated to admit it you missed the hotheaded idiot. You went through even more horrible situations that you wanted to forget. You could never forget though. Your father was always there to comfort you, but you never completely got over it. (I'm making him #2 hero because I can😊and it's Natsu) After unpacking all of the boxes you went to your room to relax. You noticed that the sadness that resided within your fathers dark eyes had lessoned. You two had grown so close. You were as close as a father and a daughter could be. So you never had your walls up around him. He didn't deserve that. You pulled out your phone. You had 3 months till the UA entrance exam. Seeing as it was only 7 pm you decided to see the Bakugo's. You wondered if they changed at all. Bakugo definitely didn't. Midoriya probably didn't either. You got up and looked at your reflection in the mirror. Your (e/c) eyes looked the same for the most part. You had abnormally sharp teeth (courtesy of your father) and a face similar to his. You had grown considerably taller. You now stood at 5'7. Your (h/c) (h/l) with cherry blossom colored streaks running through it (courtesy of your father) was in a high ponytail. Scales covered parts of your body. Your cheeks, back of your hands and forearms, shoulders and top of your arm, feet, shins, and calves. They were slightly darker than your skin. They were slightly red so they stuck out. Both you and your father had them. You were wearing a dark red hoodie, black jeans, and black converse shoes. Deciding you looked ready you grabbed your phone and ran down the stairs.
"Hey honey were you off to?" Your dad called from the kitchen. Banging could be heard.
"I was gonna head over to Bakugo's you wanna come!" You yelled back to be heard over all the noise.
"Ehhhh. Sure give me one second!" More banging could be heard when your father appeared looking rather disheveled. His clothes were ruffled and his hair was more of a mess than normal. He was wearing a blue T-shirt and black shorts. He was still wearing his sandals and scarf. He never parted with that thing.
"Ready?" You asked.
"Yep lets go."
You walked across the street and down a couple houses before you reached the Bakugo household. Yelling could be heard. You and your dad exchange a look.
"Sounds like nothing has changed." He said with a sigh. He approached the door and knocked in a way only he would. With both fists he pounded 8 times. Rather loudly. You stood behind him silently waiting. The door flew open and Mitsuki stood there also looking disheveled.
"WHO THE HELL-!!!" She stopped with her mouth open. Then swept my father into a huge hug. He looked surprised but hugged her back gently. She pulled away her eyes teary.
"You didn't tell me you were coming back." She said shakily.
"We wanted it to be a surprise." My father said softly with a smile on his face.
"Wait so is (y/n) here?" Mitsuki asked. You stepped up next to your father. Mitsuki covered her mouth with her hands tears welling up in her eyes. She then enveloped me in a hug, I squeezed her back.
"(Y/n)! You've grown up so much I can hardly believe it!! Oh I wish you and Katsuki were kids again." She then invited us in. "Ahh (y/n) it's so good to see you." Bakugo's dad, Masaru, said. "You too." You replied giving him a short hug. Your dad and Masaru started to catch up while you followed Mitsuki to the bottom of the stairs. "OII!!!!! KATSUKI GET YOUR ASS DOWN HERE!!!!!! Ohh he'll be so happy to see you honey." She said. You heard stomping upstairs and heard them stop at the top of the stairs.
"WHAT DO YOU WANT YOU OLD HAG!!!!!!"
"WE HAVE GUESTS SO GET DOWN HERE AND DONT BE RUDE YOU LITTLE SHIT!!!!!!!" She yelled back. Bakugo came down the stairs and stopped towards the bottom. He looked the same. Apart from new muscles and him growing. His blond hair was still spikey, his red eyes still baring anger. His face no longer looked childish although. It looked more mature and handsome. He had lost the leftover baby fat. You snapped out of it when he said "WHAT THE FUCK DID YOU CALL ME YOU OLD HAG!!!!!!"
Nothing has changed
"YOU HEARD!!!! Look who it is Katsuki." Mitsuki replied smirking. He turned, his eyes landing on you. He froze, his red eyes meeting your (e/c) ones. You could see happiness in them, not to mention anger but that was to be expected. He looked surprised to say the least.
"(Y/n)" he whispered. A shiver went down your spine when you heard him speak your name. Immediately you knew something had changed as soon as you looked into his burning crimson eyes.
"Hey Katsuki." You said.
