In this day and age, one of the most concerned problems of the whole society is environment status. Admittedly, our environment is suffering from the serious devastation due to several reasons. According to statistics, the environment problem may be solved with trendy technological methods. However, in my point of view, both natural elements and the human activities are still the remarkable factors which assist the environment be worse and worse. Hence, I totally dissent with the given opinion that the environment will be better in the future due to two reasons following.

First and foremost, natural factors, which are less concerned, affect greatly on the environment. Undoubtedly, in all over the world, there are more and more natural disasters happening frequently such as droughts, earthquakes, volcanoes and so on. In which droughts damage the soil quality and cause biodiversity loss. Desertification also grows up gradually leading to narrow the nutrient soil area. Besides, drought is the main reason creating forest fires, which produce huge amounts of air pollutants. On the other hand, volcanic eruptions are the dangers threatening our atmosphere. According to estimations, over the past 250 years, humans have added just one part of CO2 in 10,000 to the atmosphere which one volcanic cough can release in a day. Therefore, natural factors are the noticeable reasons causing environment pollution.

Another factor which destroys the environment is the human activities. Viewed from different angles, not only the daily life activities but also the production activities can also impact negatively on the environment. Basically, pollutants from a residential area are not enough to contaminate our environment. However, with current status of population explosion, how can environment suffer the huge pollutants from a numerous number of people on Earth? In a day, the amount of emission which releases from transportation is enough to poison the whole civilians of a big city. Furthermore, the production activities are even more menaced the environment than the daily activities do. Annually, thousands tons of sewage from industrial factory have been discharged to series of rivers and streams in al over the world. This status definitely results to the excessive contamination, which not only kill the aquatic organisms but also arising several untreated diseases. Additionally, a great deal of industrial zones also emit huge amount of gas pollutants poisoning the atmosphere. Thus, how fast technology can be enough to improve the environment status and repel the consequences of environment pollution.

In summing up, without protection methods, even if how fast the technology develop, the environment is still being damaging. Therefore, environment protection is definitely necessary in order that human can live in a green planet in the future.
