When i bridled Espie for the first time it was july eleventh but the bridle we used was to big for her because my sister grabbed the wrong bridle from where Espie had originally been boarded at. so we had to use my old horses bridle which doesn't have a snaffle on it but it fit her better so we left that on and led her around i used the reins to signal her to turn and stop. we also had her saddle on to let her get in the routine of when she gets to the barn she gets tied, brushed, saddled, and bridled and then i go lunge her.
