Merla Jade was a young mother who died giving birth to her daughter. Whom to find out was Katy before Merla passed away. They ended up giving her daughter to a couple named Jess and James. She was 15 years old at the time. After finding a note in her hand to the adoptive parents of Katy. As they read to note they burst into tears about Katy and Merla her birth mother.

After finding Merla's body and Katy's in the woods after Katy went missing. Merla's body had moved from the hospital and somehow ended up in the wood with Katy.

Katy Jade-white was born after the death of her birth mother. She was raised by James and Jess White. After, the parents found out Katy had Lung cancer she ended up getting worse and worse. Every week. Then she was found dead in the woods sitting on an old tree log. With the dead body of her mother. People think Merla's soul took her body and put it with Katy to reunite them together.

The wood was very special to Merla and Katy. The police decided to make a special barrel ground for Merla and Katy. As they could be together in the afterlife. To this day Jess and James White visit Merla and Katy's graves every month and the caretakers of their graves.
