Basic-Ali

Description:  Ali Haque ( kapoor) has always wanted a normal, basic which he never had thanks to his slightly mad, ok totally mad family. Being the only sane one in the family, it was quite impossible for him to cope up. Because of his 'basicness' his siblings started to tease him by calling him 'Basic Ali.'

To add more troubles on his already filled plate, there is his equally impulsive and  crazy neighbours and their one and only daughter, Tilotama (Padukone). Tilotama is head over heels for him, but he just pushes her away.

Fed up by Ali's uptight behaviour, his family along with Tilotama hatch a 'basic' plan to teach a Ali a lesson of his life.
