Yelling was heard from down the hall, Cross turned his head to where the yelling was coming from.

"Did you guys hear that?"

Cross asked the rest of the group.

"Yeah, it sounded like boss"

Killer answered, putting down the knife he was fiddling with moments before.

"We should check it out, it could be something good"

Error added. as the others nodded and walked down the hallway. Dust however was hesitant.

"I don't know guys what if we find something we're not supposed to?"

Dust said walking with the group down the hall.

"Oh come on dust don't be such a buzzkill it'll be fine"

Horror said with a smirk. Dust sighed.

"If boss gets angry i am not taking the fall with you"

Dust said as the yelling gradually got louder as they got closer.

The 5 skeletons peeked their heads through the door frame of the room the yelling was coming from. They saw dream and a skeleton who looked like him but dressed in purple and with a moon on their crown. They didn't recognize the 2nd skeleton.

"Who is that?"

Cross whispered to the other 4

"I Dont know"

Error whispered, their  voice glitching as usual

"YOU NEVER EVEN CARED YOU KNEW I WAS BEING BULLIED AND YOU DIDN'T DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT"

The skeleton dressed in purple shouted

"I DIDN'T KNOW YOU WERE BEING BULLIED UNTIL AFTER THE APPLE"

Dream shouted back

"YOU DIDN'T EVEN DO ANYTHING DURING THAT EITHER YOU WERE OFF DOING WHO KNOWS WHAT"

"WELL I'M SORRY I ACTUALLY HAD A SOCIAL LIFE"

"THAT'S THE THING YOU WERE SO WRAPPED UP IN EVERYTHING ELSE YOU FORGOT ABOUT ME YOU NEVER CARED JUST ADMIT IT"

"FINE I NEVER CARED AND I NEVER EVEN WANTED YOU AS MY  BROTHER IN THE FIRST PLACE"

Dream's words once coated with sweet honey and sugar were now laced with venom.

 The room fell silent as the tension in the air thickened. Tears pricked at the purple skeletons eyes as dream clasped his hands over his mouth. The purple skeleton took off their crown and threw it to the floor the clattering sound echoed throughout the room.

"Nightmare I-"

"Save it."

They stomped on the crown breaking it into two pieces and walked towards the exit opposite to the 5 eavesdropping. The purple skeleton now known as Nightmare walked out of the exit dream running close behind. The 5 stood in utter shock about what they had just seen, they followed the pair, keeping close to them but far enough behind so they couldn't see them.
