My name is Brooke Pritchard, I am your average 16 year old teenager, but I'll be turning 17 in three weeks, I live in the small town of Bluff City, Tennessee, "Sissy!" My younger sister squealed, her name is Lilly, she has chocolate brown hair, green eyes, but they change based on her mood, and she is around 10. I have blonde hair and greenish-blue eyes, I have lots of friends and my mom and dad, we all live together, I was playing Wii with Lilly when I heard a knock at the door, "hang on Lil," that's Lilly's nickname, "Is this the Pritchard residence?" A tall man asked me, he looked like a cop, " yes, I'm sorry my parents aren't home, but I'll tell them you stopped by," I said and was about to close the door, "that is why I'm here, what's your name young lady?" I was shocked at the question, "Chassidy Brooke Pritchard, but most people call me Brooke," I said, "Well Brooke I'm terribly sorry but you and your sister are being moved to LA, with your Aunt," "Why?" I asked, I saw him sigh, "Sissy? What's going on?" Lilly asked from behind me, "I'm terribly sorry, your parents died in a car accident at 4:15 today, they were killed on impact, and your Aunt was immediately contacted and now you two are in her custody, I will be your caretaker till then, I will also help you pack your things."

My name is Chassidy Brooke Pritchard, and today my simple, small town life, was flipped upside down. And now we have to move to LA, I have to leave my friends and boyfriend behind, my life will never be the same.
