Bella is a girl that died being murdered by her bullies by being runned over by a car, sniffles needed to use fliqpy and tiger general's souls and skins to bring her back and put her in the science tube he replaced her vocal cords since they were damaged she is tall and protects the others from the doctors that they didn't forgive, sniffles is giving her psychological help by the fact she was traumatized by the way she died

Milly is bella's lost sister she was killed by a robber(not shifty or lifty) she got shot on the head 34 times into she didn't resist and died of blood loss and brain damage, sniffles used mama panda and mouse kaboom's souls and skins and leaving her on the science tube for 3 days into she woke up and learned to move again
