Story (cause I have no life :v)

There are two brothers. A girl and a boy. They get on really well and are always together. The girl while being cheerful and strong the boy was shy and a bit weak due to an illness. Obviously this illness strucks the boy and leaves him in a long coma before dying. The girl grew older but she didn't forget her younger brother. One day when she was at her old house picking some things she sees a picture of both of them together. This obviously brings back memories and makes her cry. The ghost of the brother feels guilty and tries to comfort her but disappears later.
