The noise at the school could be heard from the main court. Tom and his friends were there, sitting talking about life and the upcoming graduation of their new friend Tyler Hoechlin.

Dylan hugged the alpha from the shoulders while Tyler was between his legs.

Zendaya looked at her cell phone as she lay on her back with her head on Tom's thighs and her legs on Tyler's thighs. Tom stroked his Omega's long hair while having a conversation with the two alphas.

"So how did that start?" Tom points at the two alphas "Did you like Dylan before? How is that possible?" Alpha Tomlinson makes a fake disgusted face.

"I liked him long before," Tyler takes Dylan's hands to start caressing, "I saw him for the first time at the mall near McDonald's."

"Love at first sight" Zendaya sighs as she looks at her cell phone. Dylan blushes.

"I saw you too, you were near the women's clothing store" Dylan intertwined his fingers with Tyler's.

"Like I said" Zendaya looks at them "love at first sight" she gives another exaggerated sigh "two alphas destined to fall in love".

"Like my parents" Tom smiles at them.

"That's right" Zendaya claps her hands "like my in-laws".

Tyler laughs "I liked him ever since and I was curious to meet him and know what his attitude was like. I didn't see him again until a week later, Dylan was entering the school, his hands holding his backpack. I saw him approach Zendaya and then laugh," the Omega leaves her cell phone on her chest to be able to hear better, "my friends had to hit me on the back of the head to make me react, since then we came up with a plan."

"Plan?" Tom frowns.

"They would help me to make him fall in love with me, it took a long time but I finally did it," Tyler kisses Dylan's hands.

"That's why you asked me for Dylan's number," Tom says.

"That's right," Tyler answers.

"Romantic," the Omega winks at them.

"It is," Dylan smiles, "we are in a relationship now, it will be difficult, but thanks to your father," the alpha points to Tom "this kind of relationship will be respected." Tom nods.

Zendaya sits up straight, "I still can't believe Mr. Tomlinson came on TV," she laughs." It was so exciting."

"It was, and how Mia sent Hela to the hospital," Dylan claps, "that Omega is special."

"My uncles were also part of it and grandma Yaya," Tom sighs, "they had conversations with every commercial building in London."

"I was looking at my Instagram and they are accepting relationships between the same castes," Zendaya raises her phone. "Mr. Tomlinson speaking on TV helped other countries become aware."

Tyler straightens up, "I'm graduating in November, if anyone bothers you for having an alpha as a partner you tell me and I'll come and kick their butts," Tom laughs.

"I'll be here" alpha Tomlinson winks at them "I'll take care of him like the good best friend I am."

"True" Tyler laughs "your wolf is true," Tom blushes, "you can defend anyone" Dylan grabs the alpha by the shoulders "still, you tell me" Dylan nods.

Tom's cell phone starts ringing with a message notification "I have to go, Mom is waiting for me."

"Is he okay?" Zendaya asks with a worried face.

"He is, we're just going to the hospital. Hazzy's been feeling bad, throwing up and having mood swings." Tom shrugs, "Dad asked him to get a checkup, he has an appointment today and since dad can't go, I'll go." Zendaya bites her lips thoughtfully. Tom high-fives the two alphas before leaving and gently kisses his Omega. "I'll see you at Niall's house to welcome the baby." They all nod.

"Will Tom be with you, sunshine?"

"Yes, love, he's on his way." Harry smiles. He had been on the phone for more than half an hour, the brown-haired alpha was telling him how his work day was going and how Niall was jumping from one place to another talking about the baby while Shawn finished the paperwork.

Because, yes, Niall Horan and Shawn Mendes were finally able to adopt a cute baby alpha after many years and attempts. The government, after Louis's spotting on the news, opened the law that same caste couples could adopt, Shawn and Niall didn't waste any time and started doing paperwork.

Little Susy will soon be home receiving the love she deserves. Niall being the cheerful and outgoing alpha that he is, will throw a welcome party to introduce his sweet, beautiful alpha baby to his close family.

"Don't forget to tell her the symptoms, love, also the headaches and lower back. Oh, and the pains in your nipples."

"Yes love," Harry laughs, "I won't forget if you keep saying it" Louis snorts.

"I care about you."

"And I love you for that," Louis makes a kissy sound which was followed by Harry, "I'm leaving the hospital and going to the company to keep you company."

"I have a new desk, shall we break it in?" Louis starts laughing hearing a small complaint from Harry who was blushing "I love you, I have to go. I'll wait for you here."

"I love you too, see you later," the two throw more kisses in the air before hanging up.

Harry puts his cell phone in his front pocket, gets up from the cabinet and walks to the kitchen, opens the fridge. Harry feels nauseous at the smell of chicken in the fridge. He quickly runs to the trash can in the kitchen and throws out all the waste that is in his stomach.

"Mom!" Tom quickly approaches his mother, with both hands he grabs Harry's curls that were stuck to his forehead.

A few minutes later Harry was washing his mouth with Tom's attentive gaze on him. Harry sighs, "I'm fine pup," Tom begins to shake his head. Harry finishes brushing his teeth, grabs his things and stands in front of his son.

"We're going to be late mom, let's go." Tom takes Harry's arm and helps him out of the apartment with several complaints from the curly alpha.

Tom drives to the hospital, upon arrival he helps Harry down who only laughed at the overprotective attitude, just like Louis.

Harry does some things at the reception before sitting down and waiting to be called.

"Harry Styles," says a doctor while looking at his tablet. Harry stands up with Tom. The doctor raises his eyebrow at the young alpha.

"He's my son." The alpha nods and lets the two of them pass.

"Take a seat," the two alphas sit in the two chairs in front of the doctor who arranges some documents and then looks at the curly alpha. "It's been a long time since you came to your appointments Harry." The curly alpha sighs.

"I know, I forgot." The doctor raises an eyebrow, "as you see," Harry points to his mark "I'm paired."

"Another reason you should have come," the reddish alpha sighs, "I want you to tell me how your body's reaction was when you met your alpha, how the reaction was when you had sex and how your body reacted to the mark," Harry nods while Tom frowns, "I also want to know how your body reacted when you met the one who is now your puppy."

"Why does he need to know all that?" Tom asks as he crosses his arms. He doesn't understand the trust the doctor has with his mother and why he asks him so many questions, "you have a lot of trust with mom," he says with a frown swallowing a growl.

"First; it is necessary that Mr. Styles tell me everything. I ask why he hasn't come to the appointments every month for almost 7 months. His body is different from any alpha that can exist, his organism is alpha and Omega but he is a complete alpha, it's confusing but it is what it is. Second; I have been taking care of Harry since he was 15 years old. My father took care of him as a baby." Harry nods, "I created a friendship with Harry which allowed it. Third, mom?"

Harry blushes as Tom shrugs, "What's wrong with me calling him mom?" His arms still crossed.

"There's nothing wrong with it, Harry can procreate so being called mom is a very correct term if he's okay with it of course."

"I am," Harry raises his voice.

"Perfect, now can your mother answer my questions, young one?"

"He can," Tom says in a low voice trying to intimidate the alpha doctor. Harry just shakes his head with a smile, his puppy looks like an angry kitten, just like his alpha.

The doctor nods and gives Harry a look who sighs.

"Meeting Louis was very exciting, my heart raced and my alpha recognized him as his own. Louis and I have known each other since we were little but we separated."

"Can you remember what you felt when you were little?"

"When I was three years old, I met him at daycare. Even though he was a puppy I could feel protection in him, one that I needed. I just went up to him and talked, I remember he was going to cry so I hugged him." Harry smiles, "from that day we became best friends, there were times where I cried and he calmed me down or he got mad at our friends and I calmed him down calling him 'bad little wolf'" Tom had a grin from ear to ear, "since he was little I called him alpha. My alpha has recognized him since he was a puppy. Louis, even when he was a child, told me how much he wanted to have children and be able to take care of his family, children with my green eyes and dimples."

"What reaction did your alpha have when he heard that?" Harry frowns.

"I don't remember well, but, yes, he cringed for a moment. Mommy alpha told me that because I was an alpha I couldn't procreate, I had to get an Omega and love him like she loves mommy Omega."

"I understand now, connecting the dots." The doctor clears his throat and then looks at his computer, tapping a few keys, "at the first appointment at the age of two my father found an anomaly in your body, we didn't understand what it was but there was no cure so we told your mothers that their pup would have to live with the strange anomaly. At the age of three, your mothers brought you to the hospital because of your inner alpha, he went into depression even though he was a little pup," the doctor continued typing on the computer as he spoke." The depression went away a few weeks later but it came back at the end of October. Between the months of September and November you were moving to a new country."

Harry nods as his hands play with his rings.

"Yet your mothers brought you to scheduled appointments or any emergency. At the age of 8 your alpha started to behave differently than an alpha should behave at that age, my father discovered that the abnormality you had at two years old was your ovaries developing, we told your mothers about it and I can remember how angry and confused they were," the doctor sighs, "the hospital put you under observation, researchers were trying to investigate why an alpha was developing ovaries, I want to ask you something Harry," Harry nods, "at that age what were they thinking or what were you doing?"

Harry bites his lips "I was thinking about how much I missed my childhood friend and my alpha was trying to contact him through a non-existent bond," the doctor nods.

"At the age of thirteen your ovaries were already complete, your chest began to grow in a normal but abnormal way for an alpha. Doctors and researchers did many tests, at the age of 16 they came to the conclusion that your alpha decided to transform into alpha/omega." Harry nods.

"My alpha always talked to me about pleasing that person," the doctor nodded again.

"Your mothers abandoned you at a certain age in your youth, your grandmother; Mrs. Styles kept bringing you to the appointments which I started to arrange. Your heats started and you lubricated, let's remember that at the age of 13 or 14 you had your first heat which you lubricated too," Harry nods while Tom tried to return to the world, "you didn't have partners, your alpha didn't allow it. There was no attraction towards omegas and alphas were few."

"I felt very rejected," the doctor nods.

"Everything changed when your current mate arrived, your alpha recognized him and had the confidence to show himself as he is."

"Show himself as he is?" Tom frowns.

"Harry's wolf talked to you, the alpha's wolf and your young wolf," Harry opens his mouth. "They had a familiar wolf conversation, they accepted him, only the human part was missing."

"It didn't happen in a nice way but I had the confidence."

"The conclusion of all the summary I just gave you is; your alpha, Harry. Your alpha decided to change to please your current mate. Can you tell me the name of your alpha?"

"Louis, Louis Tomlinson."

"Louis Tomlinson, that last name sounds familiar." The doctor taps a few times on the keyboard and then opens his eyes wide, "Mr. Tomlinson goes to appointments a week before his heat, he has problems creating the knot, very strong pains that cause fainting and problems breathing," the doctor grimaces, "his internal alpha has never asked or allowed anyone to approach him to pass the heat, preferably omegas, since he was 13 years old," Tom bites his lip, "Harry, what happened when you had your first time with Mr. Tomlinson?"

Harry looks at his puppy, Tom starts to laugh while his cheeks colour, "I've taken a lot of information, I think it's time for me to go out and wait for you outside." Harry nods, "I'm going to.... Try not to have an attack, I love you," the young alpha leaves the office pale.

Harry sighs, "it hurt a lot, it was my first time having sex and I know it should hurt but it hurt too much."

"What did you feel?"

"Fire all over my body, every part was burning."

"How did you see your alpha?"

"Calm, relaxed and very relieved," Harry smiles a little, "my inner alpha motivated me to keep going no matter the pain I might feel, seeing the smile of relief on my Lou's face was much better than the pain I was feeling," the doctor nods, "it was three days, Louis was able to release the knot many times receiving relief in his body."

"Is your alpha okay now?" Harry nods, "destined," Harry nods again with a dimpled smile, "your alpha transformed to please Louis' alpha. As you know Harry, a destined person is that person who was born for you, besides, they fell in love in their former past lives." Harry nods again.

"I was always taught that destined couples must be of different caste" the doctor denies.

"That's just a fallacy, humans don't choose who to fall in love with just like Mother Moon doesn't make mistakes. There are many alpha/alpha or omega/omega couples, I've had to attend to many of those people. My partner, who is a beautiful Omega." Harry laughs slowly, "as you know, is a psychologist, in her day to day she attends to people who fall in love with her same caste. My Omega and I share the same feeling that no matter what caste you are, you can fall in love with the person you want."

The doctor caresses a photo that was on the corner of his desk. A beautiful woman with reddish curly hair, freckles and blue eyes. The alpha doctor sighs and then looks at his patient friend.

"You are destined, no matter what lives you spend, you will meet again and if my knowledge does not fail me" the alpha scratches his chin "you will always be alphas."

"Do you mean that no matter what happens, he and I will continue to be alphas?" The doctor nods.

"Your alpha will always be the same, maybe in his past life, your inner alpha has a name or he couldn't become one," Harry bites his lip "your alpha will always be the same Harry. In this life, Mother Moon gave you the opportunity to procreate and give birth to important beings for the world" Harry sighs as he feels his heart tighten "Louis had a problem, a problem that was about to kill him. You arrived in time and with the gift that Mother Moon gave you, you cured it" Harry had his eyes watery "and Louis came to you so that he could make you see all the value you had and how important you are to the world."

"This is amazing" Harry wipes his tears.

"Destined" the doctor raises his hands in the air "I'd like you to come next month for a final checkup."

Harry nods, the curly alpha opens his eyes as he remembers the first reason for coming to the office "Doctor, I came for something else."

"Of course, tell me what's wrong?" The alpha crosses his arms on top of the desk.

"I've been feeling bad for a few weeks. A lot of dizziness, vomiting, back and head pain, smells make me want to vomit and my nipples hurt sometimes. The fabric of the shirts makes me want to cry" the doctor frowns.

"When was your last heat?".

"Two months ago, I think" Harry frowns. "I don't really remember well, I just know that it's about to come."

"I'm going to do a blood test" Harry nods "allow me, I'll be right back" the doctor leaves the office, minutes later he returns with an Omega nurse "Nurse Nuñez will take your blood to do the test" Harry nods.

It took seconds for the Omega to take the blood needed to do his checkup, Harry waited patiently while the alpha doctor finished typing on the computer.

"The results are in" Harry straightens up and then falls into the chair.
