Ok guys this is gonna be a serious chapter. As many of you may or may not know, detox did not undergo all of this plastic surgery for no reason. About 10 years ago, detox was driving to an after party after a show late at night; and his friend was driving. This man decided to get high and go drive, and he passed out in the middle of the highway with no lights on. As it was very late at night, it was pitch black. They smashed into the car, and he was only wearing half of his seatbelt. He had a humongous scar on his forehead, so he did plastic surgery to build his self esteem. There is more info in the video above (apart from detox being a big perv)😉😉. He basically did his pecs, abs, biceps, under-eye, forehead; everything but his nose and big toe! That leads to another sad topic. His boyfriend. His boyfriend was the love of his life. They were going to get married. He started having some mental health issues and got very aggressive towards Matthew (Detox). Matthew tried to break up with him, but detox's boyfriend got very angry and began threatening to find him. One day, Matthew came home from a show to find that his boyfriend had killed himself. This took a huge toll on detox, and he is such an amazing, strong person. ❤️❤️
