DP was sitting on his bed with a photo frame. He was emotionally looking at the photograph crying silently. AP got up due to some disturbance. She saw the photo in her husband's hand and understood his situation. She sat beside him and  placed her hand on his shoulder. He immediately wiped his tears. Both of them were looking at each other with a painful expression. How happy we were Annu. But everything got crushed in a single day. I still feel guilty unable to forgive myself. I failed in my duty. I could not keep up my promise, he started crying bitterlly. AP hugged him. Ji please stop blaming yourself. They will never like to see you like this. Both of them composed themselves and lied down. Some painful moments of the past were still haunting them which was clearly visible in their eyes.

    It was early morning. Swara and Pari got up without disturbing their husbands. They completed their morning prayer silently without disturbing anyone and got AP's blessings. They helped in making tea and breakfast. They reached their room changed in to night dress and pretended to sleep. This was what happening for the past 5 years. Though AP asked them not to do all these they never agreed to her. After sometime everyone assembled for their breakfast. Laksh was having his breakfast in a hurry. Laksh why are you stuffing like this. Eat slowly beta. AP told him. Ma please, I have an important meeting and I need to check with the presentation. Bye mom. Bye dad and bhais. See you in office. He ran to his car.
     Laksh entered his cabin and found everything scattered. He remembered well that he had locked his cabin and Ragini had arranged all the files. As expected his system was hacked and the presentation file was deleted. Laksh was trying his level best to maintain his calm and arranged all his files and was being casual One by one the employees started coming. Ragini then entered the cabin and found Laksh lost in thoughts. Good morning sir she wished him. But he was still in his thoughts and did not respond
She found something weird. She slowly and hesitatingly kept her hands on his shoulder. He came out of his thoughts and smiled a little. Sir, is there a problem. You seem to be disturbed. He was truly amazed seeing her concern. Only his mom used to find out when he is disturbed however casual he acts. How could she too feel it. Ragini was now sure that there should be a problem. That was when one of his project manager Karthik entered his cabin. He had a smirk at his face which did not go unnoticed by Laksh. He was eying Ragini making her feel uncomfortable. Laksh's anger was reaching its peak but he still had control. Yes Mr. Karthik is there something important he asked in a strict voice. Karthik was gazing at Ragini. Laksh banged his table bringing him back from his evil doing. Ragini who was already uncomfortable due to Karthik now shuddered a bit scared. Laksh was unable to see her. He held her hand under the table without being noticed by that jerk. Ragini relaxed a bit. Mr. Karthik, I think I asked you something for which I have'nt received any answer yet and if you wanted to waste my time standing here you may leave. This time Laksh was sounding clearly rude. Karthik started to sweat profusely. Sir wo the clients have preponed the meeting today he stamerred. Ok you may go now Laksh said. The jerk again gazed Ragini lustfully and left. Ragini was still unable to come out of his gaze. Ragini are you ok he asked her still holding her hand. She nodded in yes. He then freed her hands. Ragini, the presentation is deleted. He said her in a low tone shocking her.

       The scene shifts to the conference room. The clients were seated. DP entered with his sons and Ragini. Everyone wished the clients. Mr. Maheshwari we are very much pleased with your proposal. So this is the final meeting and once we get the presentation we will sign the deal. DP acknowledged  with a smile.  He saw at Laksh who went to the projector. Ragini was changing the slides of the Ppt and presentation was done beautifully by Laksh impressing the clients finalising the deal.   Laksh noticed Karthik's reaction.
Later the father and sons went to DP's cabin. DP appreciated Laksh's efforts when he said that it was Ragini who did everything. He then told DP and his siblings.

I know everything in regards to the project. I have been working on this single project for 6 months. I donno what to do. His voice was cracking in each and every word he was speaking. Ragini understood how important this project meant for him. She was unable to see him in this condition. Her heart pained. Sir please this is the time we should be strong. If you trust in me you could give me the details. We will do something. So Raglak came up with a new presentation which was better than the first one and succeeded

   DP,Sanky and Adarsh were shocked. But Laksh who would have done all this. I am definitely
not gonna spare a black sheep among us who is a traitor. I don't need such people in my company
DP was fuming. Dad, relax. This is the time we need to act smart.
None of the employees till now except the five of us know the incident. I do find Karthik's behaviour weird but we need a solid proof to prove the guilty. I am sure I will punish them in such a way they don't backstab anyone in their life.
  Just then they heard a knock at their door. Ragini entered the cabin. Sir, the hard copy of the agreement is here sir she handed over to DP. Thanks beta. And congrats. You have really worked smart today in saving this company's reputation he told emotionally. Sir please I was just doing my duty. Please don't embarass me. She told with a cute smile. All this was heard by someone who was overhearing their converation from outside.  Laksh felt something weird. He tip toed near the cabin door and opened it with a sudden force resulting in the person to fall down. Everyone looked at the person with shock. The person was wearing a mask. Laksh lifted him by collar. DP and others were shocked.
    What the hell were you doing here, haan. Eveasdropping our conversation so that you could say it to your so called boss haan
He was trying to remove his mask. Laksh was raging in anger. SanAdi cought hold of him. The rest of the employees too assembled in DP's cabin. They were all shocked to see the scenario. DP was trying to call the police. In order to escape he took out his knife. He was about to stab DP when Ragini saved him by holding it. But she got stabbed by the  masked man. Ragini was bleeding so badly and fell unconscious. Taking this as a chance he managed to escaped by threatening the other employees who tried to catch him and they too ran for their lives. Laksh was numb seeing his love. Everyone's shout brought him back to his senses. Without wasting any time he quickly picked her in his arms and ran towards the car. Sanky drove the car to the hospital while DP and Adarsh went to lodge a police complaint.
   Laksh was tearing seeing Ragini bleeding so badly. He was patting her cheeks continuosly in order to wake her. He sprinkled water and she slowly opened her eyes. Laksh was encluraging her to keep her eyes open. She was trying to speak. But he stopped her.Ragini look at me, he made her look at him. Don't strain yourself ok. You will be fine. But, Ragini please keep your eyes open ok. He somehow managed to keep her eyes open. Once they reached hospital, Ragini was admitted to the emergency. In the meantime Adarsh and DP arrived. AP too arrived hearing the news. She was crying so badly. Ji what is all this. Dhe saved my suhaag but landed in danger herself. Only today I got this mangalsuthra thinking she will soon be my bahu,but..she hugged DP and broke down. Swara and Pari also came but they were hiding themselves. They prayed to MataRani idol in the hospital for Ragini's recovery
The doctor came out. Mr. Maheshwari the patient is in a very serious condition. We need to get her operated immediately. We want one of her blood relatives to sign this acceptance form. Everyone were shocked. But doctor saab she has no one. I will sign as her guardian DP came forward. I am so sorry Mr. Maheshwari. But a rule is rule. Laksh lost his cool. "To hell with your rules. We have submitted the police complaint,completed the damn formalities and what not. But being a doctor and knowing the value of a life you are still wasting time. If something wrong happens with her I swear you will see the worst of me", he shouted. But sir this is a very major surgery and that's why....Laksh stopped him. Not a word ok. Just give a minute. He went towards the mata rani idol. He folded his hands and prayed closing his eyes. He then took some sindoor from the plate. Swara and Pari looked in surprise and followed him. He went towards the o.t I need to meet her for minute,he said and without waiting for a reply he marched in. He found his lovd laying in a semi conscious state. Everyone followed him. Ragini I am sorry for this but I have no other way to save you. You were even ready to sacrifice your life to save my dad. I am not doing this as a token of thanks or out of sympathy or pity, but because i love you. Saying this he filled her maang with sindoor. AP handed him over the mangalsutra smiling between her tears. Everyone were smiling though tears were flowing. Laksh took the mangalsutra and tied around Ragini's neck. He gently pecked her fore head. He then turned towards the doctor in anger. He signed as her husband. He threw the paper on the doctor's face. So you got what you want right. Now listen to me very carefully. I want my wife to be saved at any cost. If not get ready to meet the consequenes. Saying he angrily left the ot. He tightly hugged his mom and broke down. The screen splits to two parts Laksh breaking down and the othet side were Ragini was being operated.
