Lucy's POV

As I took one last twirl in my long purple gown (in media)I looked my novel which gave me an idea to add one special item in the story,so much for twirling.At that moment I heard a familiar sound in the hall,I looked at the grandfather clock.It was already 7'o clock!!!Levy-chan will kill me!!I quickly ran to Dragneel's castle,I was going to be late!!!!

***timeskip:the Dragneel's castle***

Phew!! I finally reached on time.I looked over to see a number of ladies rushing over to the corner of the ball maybe some guy but then I was interrupted

"Lu-chan!!! You made it!!"Levy squealed

"Levy-chan"I said hugging her

"Woah nice gown"she commented

"You look quite pretty with orange"I said admiring her orange and yellow gown

"Oh it was my mom's.Anyways,the ball is about to start"she replied taking me to a table

At that moment a loud sound was heard all across the room

"Ladies and gentlemen I present to you his highness ,Igneel Dragneel "a pager announced

A man with long red hair walked down the stairs waving at the crowd and then sat at the throne

"Now I present to you from the Redfox kingdom,Prince Gajeel Redfox"the pager announced

Then a man with black hair and piercings walked down the hall.Many girls were fanning themselves hoping the prince would look at them.I looked over Levy to see her blushing.I giggled at this sudden change

"I present to you from the Marvel kingdom,Princess Wendy Marvel"the pager announced

I looked to see a young girl with a long blue gown walking down the hall.Gosh,she looks so cute!!

"And finally,the only heir and son of his majesty King Igneel,I present to you Prince Natsu Dragneel."the pager finally announced

As I looked,I saw a boy dressed in red and white walking down the halls,giving a smirk sending the girls to faint.I looked at him closely and there was something weird about him.He has pink hair although he looks kinda cute

"Thank you all people of Crocus,as you know in the next six months, I will pass down my crown to my son and I hope you all will consider him as a great future king"the King announced

"All hail the king and the future king of Crocus!!"everyone shouted

As the ballroom dance started,many people started to dance.

"Lu-chan do you think someone will ask us to the dance?"Levy asked

"Maybe but I think a special boy with black hair will certainly ask you to dance"I said smirking at her

"Ll-lu-chan!!!"Levy said blushing

She was about to say something else when someone interrupted her

"May I have this dance?"I saw Gajeel asked a blushing Levy

Levy looked at me and then I gave her a look showing 'go have fun'.She blushed even red and took Gajeel's hand

As the dance had started,I couldn't help but smile at Levy and Gajeel.After 15 minutes the song ended and I saw Gajeel taking Levy somewhere

'Guess I'm alone'I sighed to myself

"Would you like to dance?"I heard a deep voice behind me

I looked to see the pink haired prince looking at me with his onyx eyes

"You may..."I said gently

He took her in his hand and gently guided her to the centre of the ballroom.As the music started,Lucy could feel the slow music and tapped her feet towards it.

"I see you like this song"the prince said

"Yeah it's one of the songs my mom played for me.Do you have a liking towards music Prince Natsu?"she asked

"Call me Natsu and yes I do"he said with a grin

"Good to know "she said with a giggle

As the song ended,she bowed down and turned towards the exit

"Matte-"before he could say anything a crowd of girls surrounded him,asking for a dance with him

Lucy just sighed.'Maybe I could go outside and look at the stars'she thought to herself 'she headed towards the door.
