Subhadra POV

We entered the city and I could sense Arya's changing expressions. He was looking around the place as though he had never been to the city.

"What happened Arya ?" I asked him to which he shook his head slightly.

"I can sense something is wrong. Tell me what happened ! Are you scared ?" I asked him giggling.

"Yes ! I will have to make sure we survive this week. You are too playful and careless to think about all this" he said making me regret my words.

"Wow Arya ! What an impression you have formed ? Careless and Playful ?" I asked looking away. I could hear him sigh. I felt his hand on my shoulder and before I could react, he pulled me along with him.

"Woah...what are you doing Arya ?" I asked as we halted near a pond. He left me and crossed his hands giving me a stern look.

"Okay ! What do I have to do ?" I asked him to which he smiled.

"If you stay here, I cannot work peacefully. So you go to the shop at the end of this street and tell him that you want a glass of water from him" he said handing me some money.

"Water ?" I asked him to which he nodded and nearly pushed me towards the shop's direction.

"Arey why are you so impatient ?" I asked to which he only pushed me further. "Okay okay I will go !" I said walking towards the shop letting out a sigh. I went up to the shop and found the shopkeeper waiting for someone.

"Uncle ! Could I get some water please ?" I asked in an unsure tone as I realized that it was a cloth shop. He looked at me and took the money from me.

"Arya ! I hope you are not playing a prank on me now ! This shopkeeper looks really scary" I whispered as I saw him go inside his shop without uttering a word.

'Is he getting a stick to hit me ?' I thought as I peeped in to see what he was upto. I heard something fall inside his house and stepped back.

He came out with the same stern expression and I tightened my grip on my duppata. He handed a golden bangle to me with a broad smile along with a cup of water. I took the bangle and looked at him with a confused expression.

"Happy Birthday dear ! May God bless you with all the wealth you need" he said and I folded my hands in response.

"But uncle ! This is a golden bangle and I did not pay you the amount of money for this ! I paid for this water" I said returning the bangle to him. He smiled and gave me a note.

"Go to the flowers shop in the next street and show them this bangle and hand this note to them asking for a white rose ! You will understand everything there" he said going into his shop once again.

"What is even happening ?" I whispered as I found myself walking towards the flower shop. I saw an old lady sitting at the entrance making a garland with pink flowers.

"Umm... excuse me ! I have come here to get a white rose using this note" I said handing the note to her. She saw the note and looked at my arm to find the golden bangle in place.

"Wait dear !" she said as she went inside to get something. I touched the garland which was placed there and smiled. It was evident that she loved making it for the couple for she had made sure there wasn't a single thorn sticking out.

She returned with a small white flower and gave I to me. I took it happily and saw her extend a small box to me. I was confused. I took it from her and opened it to find a pink necklace in it. It was exactly the one worn by Princesses and it appeared expensive. I looked at her teary-eyed and she gave me a small peacock feather.

"All this is by my brother !" I gasped and whispered as I took the feather from her.

"Go to the place where this is found and there you have something waiting for you" she said and walked away.

"Peacock feather ? Where is it found ?" I asked myself when I heard a child screaming around the place. I look at him and he had many peacock feathers in his hand.

"Where did you get them from ?" I asked him and he smiled at me broadly. He gave me a small packet and ran from there. I opened the packet to find a pair of golden anklets.
I smiled and looked around trying to find my brother.

"Bratashri ? Where are you ?" I whispered as a someone pulled my skirt. I looked down to find a small girl looking at me. I bent down and smiled at her.

"Listen ! The person you are looking for is there" she said pointing towards a yard. I thanked her and ran towards the yard to find it empty. I frowned and turned back to leave when I saw a peacock feather lying on the ground along with a small box.

I opened the box to find another bangle of the same design as the previous one along with a note. I wore it and read the note.

"Here and there you are roaming trying to find someone rowing. I think you got the next clue here, run along and find your brother" it said.

"Rowing ? Its the lake !" I exclaimed as I ran to the lake side to find a pink colour lehenga with some more golden ornaments.

I smiled and put all the gifts I received together. It was a perfect set. I smiled and packed all of it in a bag when a note fell off from the dress.

"After going east and west, now all you need is rest ! Go back to the house near the pond where Parth is done with your house ! Be ever happy and enjoy your day"

I smiled and nodded leaving to meet Arya. I reached the place to find him sitting on the chair waiting for me. I smiled walking towards the house but stopped as I saw the same girl walk towards the house.

I hid behind a cart and heard him ask something to her. She gave him her reply,

"Yes ! She got that riddle and I also saw here go towards the lake ! It was successful."

I was at loss of words and I saw the girl take leave after getting a sweet from him. "Arya ! It was you ?" I whispered as I looked at the gifts in my hand.
