'Get up!'Jonathan said sharply,He was a few inches away from my face.I was awake,alright.I glanced down to see my phone on the floor.No one had seen the text,thankfully.'Y-yeah okay'I said.Jonathan left the room and closed the door loudly.

What was with him today?

I grabbed my phone,I tried to open it but the battery had died.

I got dressed and ran downstairs,'What's for brea-'I cut myself off when I see Jayden playing on my console,I realize dad isn't here,apperently I'm being babysitted.

'Excuse me?'I say clearing my throat,Jayden doesn't notice me.Jason and Jonathan are no where to be found,probably doing they're secret gossip.

I cleared my throat again,but louder this time.'Oh hi...,what's your name again,Abigail?Aroura?'he said in a joking manner.'Ariella!'I snap,'It's Ariella'

'Yea,yea same thing.Now go get your breakfast from the counter,your granddad ain't gonna give it to you'he said his eyes still on the game.I roll my eyes,I don't mind people playing on my console,but I do mind Jayden playing on it.

I go to the counter,there's pancakes with maple syrup on a plate.I grab it and sit next to Jayden,'What game?'I ask,'Call of Duty'he says blankly.

Jason comes out from a room,'Get ready,Ariella'he says with no furthur explanation.

'For what?'I ask rolling my eyes and stuffing a piece of pancake in my mouth.

'We're going to a party'he says with absolutely no emotion.

'What?'I ask again but louder,'He said we're going to a party'Jayden says his eyes still stuck to the game.

I chuckled,'Dad would never allow my "babysitters"to let my go to a party'I said creating quotation marks in the air.

'We asked him,he said it's better if we take you to the party than you staying in the house'he said with a slight smirk,'Alone'he added.

'Why don't you just not go to the party'I scoffed.'We can't,it's important to Jonathan,his publisher has held the party so we must attend it'Jason had many more reasons for me to come to the party.

'Guess what?I'm not coming to the lame party'I said,remembering Chris' text.

Jason smirked,'You have too or else..'

'Or else what?'I asked sharply.

Jayden switched off the console and looked at me with a creepy smile.
