Bonus update!! No need to thank me.

My mom was brushing spider webs off of the house and I come outside. She said, "I heard a kitten meowing in the trees."

I looked under the tree but couldn't see anything. I went inside and listened to music.

About a half an hour later my brother ran into my room, (even though he has to have my permission to come in,) yelling, "Soph! Soph! We found a kitten!"

I ran outside and my mom was holding a tiny black furball with huge turquoise eyes. I got to hold it and it had sharp sharp claws.

We let it go and it walked into the plants away from us and came right back. It was the most friendliest thing ever!!

My dad and I were making a bed and litter box out of newspaper and I said, "We can't let it go! It could get hit by a car!" See we live in a busy street. We live in like half country, half city. Just down the road is a gas station, car wash, and college. Then the other direction is a barn with corn fields.

Ok so we had two cats that died. One of them, Tali, died when I was five and the last one, Zoe, died when I was in fourth grade and on Halloween too! We had a cage from them and we put the kitten in it. It has a little container that held food and water for it. We put the cage in the kitchen and mom said she'd take it to the vet the next day.

Then the next day, my dad, Brother and I were playing with the kitten. My mom took it to the vet and told us that it didn't have any worms or anything like that. Then she told us it was a girl!!

So now Olive is one years old. Her birthday is at the end of June. Mine is June 30th! So we celebrate Olive's birthday on mine. And here I though that, 'I don't have a twin. I won't have to share a birthday!😒'
