-he changes his personality traits depending on who he talks to

-he works in the line of organised crime aka. Mafia but every time someone asks about it he just strings on lies or changes the topic
-he would rather die then admit how he got the scar on his eye
- during work he shows his real eye color and hides his scar with makeup
- his skin color and hair color look different depending on the lighting
-he likes coffee very much
-wants to show of his cooking skills on one side but on the other he would rather jump of a cliff then let a soul know
- while he was young his dad was almost never at home whitch led to him being very independent from a young age
- Italys southern regions couse him drastic mood changes so he aftenly talks to the slovenian neighbour of his (the balkans are just unstable in general) who tells him how he can deal with it
- he has a six pointed star tattoo for a reason

Will I probably call it something cringe because I'm out of ideas for book names? Yes, what kind of question is that.
Will I try to include as many countries as possible also yes.
Will I ask for your opinion on whitch countries would fit into a book that is probably going to be named mafia ? Yes.
