So this is for CompsandCovers's contest
We were supposed to write how 2 characters of a book fell in love

For those who do not know, Connada is ConnorStoll×MirandaGardner from the PJO fandom

Everyone shipped Travis and Katie. They thought since the two of them were together that's why their brother and sister were together.

But it was not so.

Connor and Miranda fell in love a long time ago.

Even before Katie and Travis did

It was around the time when Katie and Miranda had first come to camp.

Miranda and Katie had been having a blissful time, gardening in their cabin. That was until they ran out of manure...

"Miranda could you get some manure?" Katie asked sweetly

"But where will I find it?"

"Please" Katie said blinking her eyes and tilting her head

"Fine" Miranda sighed, rubbing her muddy hands on her brown trousers.

She walked out of the cabinwondering where to find the manure.

She finally spotted a boy around jer age and called out to him. He had wild brown hair and twinkling blue eyes

"You are new here?" he asked and Miranda nodded

The boy's grin widened
"I'm Connor Stoll. Son of Hermes" he said

"I'm Miranda Gardner, daughter of Demeter and I was wondering whether I could find some manure" Miranda said shyly

"Sure. Come with me" he said and led her to the Camp Store where she found a boy who looked exactly like Connor

"This is my brother, Travis" Connir announced and Travis grinned at her

Ohkay, Miranda thought. Blue jeans-Connor, Khaki shorts-Travis

"Hey Travis, she needs some Manure" Connor said
"Where is our special lot?"

Travis dissapeared into the shop

"Special lot?" Miranda asked
"They are supposed to make plants grow faster" Connor explained

Travis came back with a huge sack and handed it over to Miranda

"You sure you'll be able to carry it?" he asked

"I g-guess" Miranda said, stumbling with the sack

Connor lifted it from one end.
"I'll help" he said and the two of them slowly walked towards the Demeter cabin

Miranda couldn't help blushing as Connor's hand brushed hers, the two of them quite close as they carried the manure

"I heard you have a sister too" Connor said
"Yeah. Her name is Katie"

"Oh. Nice names"

Miranda further blushed

She was so busy blushing that she didn't here Connor yell.

"Look out!"

He crashed into her, just as a spear whizzed by.

Miranda looked up to Connor's face which was almost on top of hers.

"Are you alright?" he asked

"I - uh y-yeah" she stammered as Connor got up and helped her get up.

"Oh look, there's your cabin", Connor said

Sure enough, Katie was waving at Miranda impatiently

"There you are!", she said, coming up to the two

"I'll take it from here, thank you", with that Katie heaved it to her cabin.

"Ok then, see you later", Connor said

"Bye" Miranda said softly, waving her hand as the elfish boy dissapeared among the crowd

"Ahh!" Katie yelled as she burst out of her cabin with Miranda

"What was that stuff?", she cried

"Manure", Miranda replied

"It worked a little too well"

Truer words were never said.

Just a few minutes after putting the manure the plants had started growing at an alarming rate, filling the Demeter cabin, forcing oit the Gardners.

"Did the Stolls give this to you?" a blonde-haired girl asked

"Y-yes" Miranda said

The girl sighed.
"They are a pair, those two. The pranksters of our camp"

The meaning of her words dawned on Miranda as the girl left. She had been tricked! He had been flirting with her and complimenting her and she had fallen for it like a stupid fool!

"Someone is in deep trouble" Miranda stated and Katie shivered.

Her sister was usually sweet and shy but if she got angry.....

Connor Stoll was in for it

Connor was heading towards his cabin when someone yanked at his arm and pulled him behind some bushes.

It was that new girl. Miranda Gardner.

Suddenly Connor was glad that it was rather dark. He hoped ahe couldn't see the rising heat on his cheeks.

That girl was so cute! The way she blushed and stammered. For the first time Connor didn't feel like pranking someone. And those big, innocent brown eyes. Connor could stare at them the whole day.

Unfortunately, right now those eyes were filled with anger, and to his shock tears.

"You're crying" he said and his hands moved towards her face on their own accord but Miranda stepped back.

"I didn't expect it from you" she said

Connor looked into her eyes with shame.

"I'm really sorry about that prank.... but we have a reputation to keep..."

He walked towards her and leaned in, his mouth near her ear.

"Besides, it's even more fun to prank beautiful and cute girls"

Miranda stared at him as his nose brushed against hers. He stepped back, gave her a wink and turned away.

Her heart began beating faster as she took deep breaths.

"Connor Stoll" she said to no one in particular

"The game is on"

But even as those words came out of her mouth she knew she was a goner and so was he.

They both had stoll each others hearts.

Now the question was, who would steal it back.
