Anxiety
Anxiety- A feeling of worry, nervousness, or unease. Typically about an imminent event or something with an uncertain outcome.
Things that happen during an anxiety attack are sweating, trembling, shortness or breath, a chocking sensation, chest pain, nausea, dizziness, fear of losing your mind, fear of dying, feeling really hot or really cold, numbness or tingling, and a racing heart.
It is an awful feeling. I have it so bad where I always feel like I am in a dream, nothing around me is real, and/or I feel very claustrophobic even when outdoors.
I just thought I would share. If any of you suffer from anxiety, know you are not the only one. Know it does not have to consume your life. You have much more life to live, to be afraid to do and try new things because of your anxiety. Do not let it hold you down. Put yourself out there, you only live once.
