Izumi stood in the middle of her room, staring at her mirror as she brushed her hair and smoothed out her clothes, having been invited with her family for a Christmas party at Shousuke's place. "Izumi! Come downstairs honey!" She hurried downstairs, finding Shousuke there. He beckoned her to come with him somewhere, getting a wide smile from her. "Meet you guys there"Izumi says to her family. She hurriedly threw her winter clothing and her fluffy boots on, heading out into the cold with Shousuke. He perked up and pointed to her hands. "New gloves..."Shousuke muttered. She nodded and wrote something in her notepad. "Mhmm! I didn't want you to worry so I went and got gloves! I'm also glad you're doing better!"

He nodded, Izumi noticing he was wearing the scarf she gave him. She smiled and looked down, Hitomi and AI spying on the two. "Aww, they're in love"Hitomi smiled. "...Why does Shousuke never come and pick me up to take me somewhere?!"AI demanded angrily. "Maybe because you're loud, despite being around someone like him"Hitomi responded hurrying after Shousuke and Izumi. Shousuke held the door to a cat cafe open, Izumi beaming as she headed inside. She immediately started petting some of the cats, Shousuke sitting beside her after hanging their stuff up. He stroked a white cat, Izumi petting a ginger cat and a gray tabby cat.

"Cats?"Shousuke asks. She grabbed her notepad, and wrote in it before showing him. "Yeah! I like cats a lot!" She beamed at him, Shousuke staring at her with a small smile. He leaned closer and pressed a kiss to her forehead, like she did to him when he was sick with a fever. Izumi stared at him, her eyes wide in surprise. She looked down, her face a dark red. She leaned against him, letting him wrap an arm around her shoulders the two continuing to let cats for a little while longer. "HE KISSED HER?!!!??"AI shouted. Hitomi tackled her down, Shousuke looking over sharply. He looked back down, finding Izumi asleep against him.

He hesitantly started to shake her, waking her up silently. She awoke immediately, and gave him an apologetic look. "My home, come on, Izu..."Shousuke says standing up and holding his hand out to her. She nodded and grabbed his hand, a wide smile appearing on her face as he pulled her to her feet. Both got their winter clothing and shoes back on, thanking the workers and paying before leaving the cafe. Shousuke looked around twice, walking with her to his place for the party. Both made a quick stop to a cafe, getting hot cocoa, before continuing on their way. Izumi blew on hers, Shousuke leaning over and lending her a hand.

"Thanks Shousuke"Izumi says remembering how to say that. He nodded, smiling slightly again. Izumi rubbed her eyes and yawned again, having not gotten much sleep the night before since she had to finish the work she was assigned. "Sleepy"Shousuke frowned. She handed him her hot cocoa, so she could write in her notepad and showed him. "I was studying, so I hardly got any sleep last night..." Izumi looked down, Shousuke giving her a scolding glare clearly upset with the stunt she pulled with neglecting her health even though she had been fussing over his two days ago. He sighed and beckoned her over to his house, the two heading inside.

"You made it, me and Mrs Hitani was just chatting away!"Shuuko greeted carrying a tray of snacks. "Izumi you look gorgeous as ever!"Shuuko beamed coming over. Izumi smiled gratefully and nodded in thanks. "She's thankful for the compliment.."Shousuke translated. Shuuko looked at her son in surprised before smiling. "I'm happy you're talking more Shousuke! She's a good influence on you!"Shuuko smiled. Shousuke looked at Izumi and nodded in agreement with what his mother said. "Come on, lets go join everyone, your sister's friends are here too! Three of your friends too Shousuke!"Shuuko beckoned. Izumi walked, Shousuke frowning hard at what his mother said.

Shouko waved Izumi over, having saved a seat for her. Tadano looked at Izumi in surprise, his eyes widening slightly. Izumi took a seat, her and Shouko talking to each other through their writing, smiling slightly at the other. Tadano smiled, relieved Shouko made a friend who was almost like her. "Who's this Komi!"A energetic friend of Komi's asked. Shouko flinched, then shyly wrote something down in her notebook before showing it to her friend. "This is my younger brothers friend, her name is Izumi." Izumi beckoned to the notepad Shouko had and wrote her name down in it, after seeing other names written in it.

Shouko stared stunned, before looking up at Izumi. Izumi held out her own notepad, Shouko silently writing her own name down in it. Both smiled at the others, startling Shouko's friends. "She's a goddess just like Komi!" Izumi and Shouko shared snacks, Shousuke moving seats, sitting beside Izumi to keep close to her. Izumi yawned and started falling forward. "Sis!"Denki yelled reaching for her, his eyes wide. A hand caught her, Shousuke turning Izumi around and picking her up. "Bed"Shousuke muttered taking her to his room. He laid her down in his bed, tossing a blanket over her and sitting in a chair beside her, watching her sleep. He pressed another kiss to her forehead, a small smile on his face. "Rest."
