Personality: Reporter Barbie is a creative, loyal, and emotional individual. Despite sometimes wearing her heart on her sleeve, she is often stoic and difficult to read, which she occasionally uses to her advantage, especially during a physical fight. Though she is used to being totally in control of herself, her emotions tend to get the best of her. This can lead to her being taken advantage of, allowing herself to be dragged into situations that she is not meant to be involved in, leaving herself vulnerable in dire situations, or the escalation of conflict on her part.
Her strong use of words and occasional sass are helpful sometimes, but most of the time they get her into trouble. Story Summary: Reporter Barbie was the most successful reporter in Barbie Land. She worked for Barbie News and every news story that she covered was a hit. However, she began to realize that all of the events that she reported about were always happy and perfect, and she began wondering if there was actually any bad things happening that she could bring light to. She also became lonely because she didn't have a family. When Stereotypical Barbie decided to go to the real world and find out why she was not feeling like herself, Reporter Barbie followed her, along with one of the Kens.
In the real world, she met named Zara Hadid, a girl who dreamed of being a reporter and was disconnected from her family. Zara happened to be the person who bought Reporter Barbie. Reporter Barbie helped Zara regain confidence and reconnect with her family. In return, Zara and her family became Reporter Barbie's family.
