akira is notably independent, he strives on his own and prefers it that way. the pro-hero is someone who would prefer to achieve things upon his own merits than to receive aid from someone else, in other words if akira can't do it alone then he doesn't want to do it.

akira is a very quick witted individual who always seems to have an answer for anything, whether it be something appropriate or not is really the luck of the draw. that being said he's very intelligent, he thoroughly enjoys knowing things and learning things. along with his intelligence he has become extremely articulate and very capable in social settings where he had previously lacked.

due to his intelligence and skill in most things akira is confident, so much so in fact that many would call him cocky and that would not necessarily be an incorrect accusation to make.

akira is extremely determined, whenever he puts his mind to something in life he achieves it, ensuring to commit all his effort and energy to the goal. he has been known to be perhaps one of the more mature individuals of his age group which only happened when he started truly living for himself and not attempting to appease those around him.

the hero is very practical in his life, ensuring he applies himself in the most effective ways, always notably precise in his methods. because akira is almost constantly away from home when the situation allows it the kid is resourceful, able to survive alone should he need to as he had always had to with his living situation growing up.

akira is known to be a very stubborn individual in instances where his intelligence is questioned and he will often go to any length to prove himself to be right or at the very least completely deny that he is incorrect. akira has been known to be amoral and apathetic since he has changed, seemingly losing most of his desire along with it and turning into a particularly cold and callous individual. many see it as his true self coming to the surface, believing him to just be a deceitful bastard that vies for a top hero spot but in actuality it's because he's come to realise he doesn't care about public appearance, and his family doesn't care for him.

akira's powers involve the manipulation of bone - his own and, if it became exposed enough for him to see, that of his enemies. if it is his own, he can make it grow or shrink, reshape it and multiply it, although it becomes harder to manipulate the longer it is separated from him. his abilities with the bones of others are limited to simple reshaping or breaking. however, if it's bone that has been separated from him, he can exhibit the fine control he had if it was connected to him if he is in physical contact with it. akira's bone constructs are harder than steel, are very quick to deploy and as a result make for great defensive and offensive tools. akira can perform feats like projecting bone spike spears from every inch of his body's pores, no thicker than a needle, up to and over twelve to fifteen feet. he can create shields of bone taller and wider than he is to defend against attacks. he is capable of turning broken-off shards of bone into caltrops with "ultrafine needle points" that can penetrate shoes. akira can use his power to burrow underground or through floors and attack from beneath, he can cause his bone constructs to 'explode', sending bone shrapnel over an area to injure opponents, which also allows him to manipulate these scattered fragments to attack from multiple newly created angles and grants him a lot of tactical environmental control over a battlefield. akira can send bone through the ground or ceiling to spring out and trap his enemies with a "cylinder" or cage, he can create giant weapons from bone and so forth. akira also has shown to be able to create complex armour that shields his entire body from attack.

- akira was born in russia, his family is extremely large, an established pro-hero empire essentially, his father having multiple wives and many children which he sends all over the world to establish more connections for himself. akira being chosen to create renown for the family in russia, however akira doesn't do so willingly, hence why his last name is different to his father's as the young hero doesn't personally feel connected to the russian.
