Aniket stared at his mother with anger and asked "kya chahti thi tum Maa?? Ye samaaj ke darr se hamare irade nahi badal jayenge!"

"Samaaj ke hisab se chalta hota hai Aniket.. Inn dono ne shaadi ki kisne dekhi?" Kaushalya questioned.

"Maaji Aniket aur main ek dusre se pyaar karte they.. Hum jante they humhe ye rishta umar bhar nibhana hai isliye humne pure riti riwaz ke saath shaadi ki thi.. lekin Aarav aur Manvi ne majburi ye shaadi ki hai.. Jo sirf kuch mahino mein kharij ho jayegi!" Nitya tried to explain the difference.

"Maine shaadi nahi dekhi.. Kal iss ladki ka pet niklega toh kya kahenge log haan? Tera bhi toh yahi sawal tha na.." Kaushalya tried to provoke her.

Aniket sighed deeply and said "maa.. Please 14 din Manvi ko koi stress nahi dena aur ye shaadi karwana thik nahi hoga! dono ek durse ko pasand tak nahi karte hai aur jab kuch mahino baad khatam hi honi hai toh kyun ye faltu ka dikhawa karna" 

"Aniket sahi kah rahe hai Maaji.. " She agreed. 

"maine nahi dekhi hai inki shaadi hote hue aur ye kagaaz ka tukda hai sabko dikhate firoge?" Kaushalya said. 

Aarav sighed deeply "maa.. mujhe koi interest nahi hai shaadi karne mein!"

"mujhe bhi nahi hai" She also denied. 

The argument continued with Kaushalya and Aniket. Aniket said "bas.. thik hai tumhari santusti ke liye hum ek reception kar denge jisse sabko pata chal jayega inki shaadi hui hai khush??"

Kaushalya wasn't pleased but agreed as she also wanted the grandson. Manvi headed towards her room but Kushalya stopped her "tumhara samaan Aarav ke kamre mein rakhwa diya hai"

Aarav glanced at her shockingly "what???"

Manvi turned and asked "kyun??"

"Abhi toh kaha kuch mahino ke liye hi sahi shaadi ki hai tum dono ne.. Toh pati patni ki tarah raho!" Kaushalya declared and moved to her room.

Aarav made a face, Aniket said "Mannu tum room mein jaake aaram karo.."

"Jee jiju" Manvi agreed and went to the room to take rest.

Aniket looked at Aarav and said "doc ne kaha hai 15 din mannu koi stress nahi dena hai.. Toh please no ladai.."

Aarav understands and agrees. He said "bhai aapko kehne ki zaroorat nahi hai! I will take care of her.."

Nitya took a deep breath and spoke "toh reception ki taiyari kare?"

"Haan karani hi padegi.." Aniket said. They went to their room and began to search for a perfect venue for the reception.

"Ek aisi shaadi ka reception hone jaa raha hai jo kuch mahino mein dissolve bhi ho jaayegi" Aniket said sadly.

"So toh hai.. Humhe unka saath dena hoga Aniket. Ye jo kiya hamare liye kiya hai dono ne.. Meri agar sagii behen hoti na toh bhi itna bada sacrifice nahi kar paati mere liye" Nitya shared with him.

Aniket smiled hearing her and said "Wo toh hai.. Acha ab final karo phir tum aur mannu shopping pe chale jaana! Shopping makes both of you stress-free"

"Acha? Ye aapko kaise pata?" Nitya questions him.

"Ladkiyon ko shopping karne mein jo khushi milti hai na.. Wo kahi nahi milti hai! Tumhe bhi jab shopping karata hun kitni khush ho jaati ho tum" Aniket replied.

"Excuse me.. Main apne liye hi shopping nahi karti hun! Aapke liye karti hun Aaru ke liye karti hun.." Nitya rebuked.

"Haan jaanta hun.. Aur ab shopping hogi toh sirf mannu ke liye aur aane waale baby ke liye" Aniket said with excitement.

"Nahi main toh Aaru ke liye bhi karungi warna kahega behen ke aate hi mujhe bhool gayi hai bhabhi maa" Nitya spoke with a light laughter.

A smile curved up Aniket's lips hearing her words. "Wo toh hai.. Mannu ke aane se janab kuch zyda hi possessive ho rakhe hai"

"Aap par gaya hai na" Nitya replied.

"bilkul bhi nahi.." he denied.

"acha?" she raised her eyebrow

"haa.. Batao zara maine kab iski tarah behave kiya?" he questioned

Nitya smiled "lambi list hai batane lagungi toh din khatam ho jayega" she replied

He tends to think but doesn't get any incident. Nitya laughed at this "come on Ani.. Yaad karo! Hamari shaadi hui thi Aaru hamesha hamar3 room mei ghusa rehta tha aur ek din tumne kitna daanta tha usko iss baat pe"

"are to? Bedroom hamara wo kabab mei haadi banage to kya karunga main?" he asked back

Nitya smiles "dekha.. Jaisa bada bhai waise hi chota"

Aniket made a face but agrees to her fact. "thank god.. Ab kuch mahine no disturbance.." he murmured.

Later they selected a few reception venues and finalised the one.

Aarav's room

Later at night, Aarav entered the room and found Manvi sitting on the bed. Aarav said "tum left side pe so jao main right mein sota hun"

"Excuse me.. Tum bed pe nahi soyoge mere saath!" Manvi celarly denied to share the bed with him.

Aarav didn't wanted to argue with her at least the next 15 days. He picked up the pillow and lay down on the couch. Manvi was surprised at his act, she thought "ye toh ladai kare bina hi meri baat maan gaya."

She lay down helplessly and closed her eyes but the sleep was away from her eyes. She sat up straight and stared at him "kaise soh sakta hai ye ladai kare bina mujhe toh neend hi nahi aa rahi hai"

Aarav slightly opened his eyes and found her sitting on the bed. He glanced at the time on the clock hanging, it showed 2 am. He stands up and said softly "Tum soyi nahi? Aditi ne kaha tha na proper sleep lena hai"

"Tumhari wajah se toh nahi soh paa rahi hun main.. Hum ladai karte hai par aaj tumne ladai hi nahi ki" Manvi shouted at him.

Aarav argued "are tumhari problem kya hai? Ladai karun toh dikkat.. Chup rahun toh dikkat.."

"Haan dikkat hai! Pata hai na.. I am your brother's surrogate toh you have to listen to me" Manvi argued.

Aarav climbed onto the bed and warned her "naukar nahi hun tumhara! Pati hun agle 9 mahino ke liye toh give respect take respect"

"Pehle uss layak bano toh sahi" Manvi frowned.

They argued over the matter for a while, Manvi layed down on the bed saying "I hate you... huhh"

Aarav also layed down facing opposite direction "I hate you too!"

Within a few minutes, Manvi slept and began to snor. Aarav sighed deeply "chipkali... ladai karke chain ki neend soh rahi hai!" he mumured.

The next morning, Aarav opens his eyes and finds a hand on top of his chest. He looked at her in state of shock "Sarak sarake mere paas aa gayi chipku.." he slighly moves her hand away and goes to the bathroom.

Manvi opens her eyes with the sound of the morning prayers. She stretching her arms and smiles "beta.. Agle 15 din teri bahut khatirdari hone waali hai.. Iss jungli ko aisa tang karungi na dubara mujhse panga nahi lega"

Nitya entered the room and forwards her the medicines "ye le..."

Manvi eats the medicine, Nitya said "taiyar hoke neeche aaja.. Bol aaj kya khayegi?"

"Di.. Aaj na Poha banao aap" Manvi replied.

"Thik hai.." Nitya agreed and left the room.

Aarav stepped out of the bathroom in his towel. He goes and stands in front of the mirror. He had completely forgotten Manvi is staying inside his room.

Manvi stares at him for a moment as he was looking hot. Manvi thought "aaj ye bandar itna hot lag raha hai mannu tujhe!" she slapped her own forehead for this.

He starts to sing a song and Manvi ends up laughing. Aarav finally realises her presence into the room. He turned and shouted "Tum.. sharam nahi aati mujhe aise towel mein dekhte hue besharam ladki"

"Mujhe koi shauk nahi tumhe aisa dekhne ka.. Tumhe pata hona chahiye na ab iss room mein ek ladki bhi rehti hai" Manvi gave a savage reply to him.

The towel slipped from his waist, Manvi eyes became wide. She closed her eyes, while Aarav wrapped back the towel around his waist again. He quickly takes out his jeans and shirt from the wardrobe and wears them.

"Ab apne hi room mein privacy nahi rahegi.. Arghh" he stamped his foot in anger and walked out of the room feeling so embarrassed.

Manvi opened one eye and didn't find anyone in the room. She laughed and then moved towards the bathroom to freshen up.

At the Dinning table

Everyone was sitting down for breakfast, Aarav was silent which is quiet rare in the house. Aniket asked teasingly "Aaru... kaisi rahi pehli raat biwi ke saath?"

Nitya smiled as she knows Manvi would have given him lots of trouble. Aarav murmured.. "Thank god kuch mahine ke hi shaadi hai!.."

Nitya looked at him and questioned "ek raat mein hi mere devar ka wicket down ho gaya?"

Aarav glanced at her and replied "bhabhi Maa.. mera wicket down koi ladki nahi kar sakti hai aur aapki ye sarpheri behen toh bilkul nahi"

Aarav noticed something, he stood up and rushed towards the stairs. He grabbed Manvi on time as she was about to trip. Manvi skipped a beat, Aarav scolds her "dhyan kahan hai tumhara? Gir jaati toh pata hai kya ho sakta tha?? 15 din toh please apni ye masti mat karo"

Manvi made a face, she shouts back "Tum mujhpe aise nahi chilla sakte ho"

She runs downstairs and sits on the couch crossing her arms across her chest.

Kaushalya glanced at Nitya and Aniket "yahi ladki mili thi tum dono ko surrogacy ke liye? Abhi toh pregnant hui bhi nahi ye haal hai iske.. Pata nahi bacha de bhi payegi ya phir.. Teri tarah laparwahi mein..."

Nitya shouted "Maaji... please... aage jo bolne waali hai bolna mat"

Kaushalya was shocked at her reaction. Aniket smiled lightly as finally Nitya broke her silence and gives a firm reply to Kaushalya.
