Seher

Heavy Drizzle showered from the sky accompanied with fiery fire bolt and clamorous thunder awakened me from my nap.. I glanced from outside the glass window of the ICU corridor to witness dark clouds hindering the bright beams of morning star..

Glancing at the stream of drizzle that gliding through the glass window, I reminisced the events.. I could still feel the warmth of his blood..the smell of his blood stain is perforating my nose

Never in my wildest dreams, I thought that this day would dawn..Mr monster shekhawat, the most infamous notorious criminal in the city is combating with death , to recapture his life..
An anonymous feeling gyrated my heart when I set inside my foot inside the intensive care unit after 24 hours..
I saw his brittle figure , enwrapped in numerous bandage clothes lying on the bed aiding with life support system..I glanced at him once..

How this monster manages to look handsome even on hospital bed?!

My crazy heart murmured at me and I mentally smacked myself..
Damn !
I kept glancing at him until the mild Whispers of Dr pallavi and the nurse hauled me back.. Dr pallavi delicately touched my shoulders and my lips formed a thin line..As I was about to step out, she ceased me..

" If you wish ,Stay with him seher.. now he needs you the most and also it's absolutely normal to stay in ICU since you're also a doctor.."

" it's ok ma'am.. I'll wait outside.."
I continued, but she halted me and recommended

" Ok..We'll shifting him to the room after a few hours..I'll tell explain his medications , diet and excercises for you.."
Dr pallavi said and I along with her,walked outside the ICU, leaving him behind..

Swayam

After striving for a long time, I finally opened my eyelids..the white ceilings and the pungent smell of medications made me rumple my brows..

Aahh!!

Excruciating anguish sprawled all over my body , permeating tears from my eyes..

damnit!! This anguish..I wish I would have left this world..

Slowly and delicately I strove to swivel my head and I vaguely saw so humething unanticipated..seher is sitting beside me on a chair with her head resting beside a table.. I made an effort to summon her..
Before prior to that , I saw her glancing at me sympathetically.. swiftly I reminisced yesternight's incident..

" Seher..are..you.. ok?"
Mustering courage, I asked and she nodded positively..I inhaled a deep breath..a wave of tranquility surged inside me..

Why I'm feeling tranquil after realising that she's fine..god swayam..stop your nonsense..now ask how did you reach here..

" Where's mamu? Who bought me here.. when did.."
I interrogated but ceased as soon as I felt a terrible anguish at my chest..I saw seher hastily arising from the chair..

" Now can you please seal that lip of yours..Dr strictly had prohibited you from speaking..and also it'll be better for you to take proper rest..and yes ofcourse I bought you here..your mamu went to pharmacy to collect medicines.. happy now?"
She completed, arranging my quilt.. while replying to me ,I saw her aligning the curtains and even turning down the temperature of AC..

She bought me here? Considering the things that I e done to her..she should left me there itself ..but Why at the first place she's generous with me?

My inner self interrogated to which it's answer was unbeknownst to myself.. as I was about to interrogate the same..I heed the door creaking..

" Good morning Mr shekhawat.. are you feeling better?"
I heard Dr asking me and I vaguely twitched my lips to form a calm smile..

"I know this anguish will persist for some days . It's going to be completely fine..afterall you have your personal doctor with you.."
She jested , glancing at seher..

" Not everybody will be fortunate enough to get a wife like seher.. because of her timely intervention , you're alive today..you're really lucky man.. now from today itself she'll take care of all the necessities of yours.. follow the same as she says..ok?"
She said and exited the room leaving me dumbstruck..

Will seher do this? Did she really acquiesced to be solicitous to me..

I gazed at seher only to behold her glancing at me blankly..

" Seher..I.."
As I was about to speak, I felt her cold digit over my lips..a fire bolt transmitted through my body as I felt her intense glance upon me..

" Now close your eyes and take rest.. you must be hungry..I'll bring something to eat "
She said and I glanced incredibly at her.. I felt like someone had tied my tongue.. I was speechless..

What's going on??

My confounded brain screeched at me..As she was about to pivot on her heels , she ceased and sat back at the chair..

"I'll leave after your uncle comes..I can't leave you alone..or else you'll again excert yourself.."
She said sitting beside me and I kept glancing at her..

Why she's doing this to me..? am I really worthy for her solicitude..

I'm really really really sorry for the delay lovelies.. months ago, exactly at 8th November, I got my first job as an accountant and from then, I got a bit busy...my schedules became busy and tedious..but now I'm trying to balance both my career and Wattpad life..I neither abandoned my books nor intentionally forgot about them.. instead I was finding my" me time".
Now I'll be active and will give proper updates...
