Taehyung slightly tilted his head again. After resting a bit, trying to figure out what the cores he had consumed had given him, he watched three boys appear a few feet from him. He was resting on top of a ruined building that time. But now his following the boy named Jungkook, his hand being held softly.

He can feel the warmth coming off from the hand in his making him tighten his grip a bit. He actually understood what the boy had said earlier since a few years back he would watch hunters, following them, learning language from them.

"You won't hurt us right?" Jungkook shyly asked as he turned to look at Taehyung who slightly shook his head. He wouldn't hurt them if they will benefit him in the end. Besides they promised him a better home, more help in looking for cores and safety.

"Good. Jin hyung, Jimin hyung you two can come near us now." Taehyung watched as the two mentioned names of the boys, from earlier who stood a good distance away from him, made their way towards him and Jungkook.

"Yahh. Kook how did you manage to make him agree so quickly?!!" The boy who's taller than the other said as he stood infront of Taehyung. "I'm Seokjin but you can call me Jin."

"Yeah. It was fast Kook. And I even betted that it'll take half the day." The shorter one came next, standing beside Jin. "And I'm Jimin but you can call me Chim if you want."

"Not if you want, hyung. It's if he can." Jungkook corrected before lightly tugging his hand. They began walking towards where the ship landed. They turned around the corner and nearly let out a yell when a huge Zombie Lion roared. Eyes glaring at them.

"We're so dead!" Jimin whisper yelled, eyes not once moving away from the deadly beast.

Taehyung broke Jungkook's hold on his hand and made his way infront pf the three shielding them as he eyed the creature standing before them.

"Kook. It's probably a high level beast. We don't have much ammo with us to kill it in one go and besides from what I heard that thing has thick skin that is hard to penetrate..." Jin explained while gripping his weapon tightly.

Jungkook only listened to his hyungs as his eyes watched how the boy infront of him took off in lightning speed running head on to the beast who let out a loud roar making the ground shake a bit at how powerful it was.

The three had their mouths hung open, eyes wide as they watched how the boy fought with the beast ten times his size. The strong blows given by the boy to the beast made strong gust of winds as they hit the target.

Strong punches were given to the beast as Taehyung hit every weak spot he could find. It was really common knowledge now as he had killed a lot of this lion beast already.

While the boy fought with the beast, Jungkook finally woke up frok his shock state. He quickly pulled his hyungs with him as they ran past the beast.

"Wait. We can't leave him." Jin yelled, hands slightly trembling in fear.

"Hyung he has supet speed, he can catch up to us." Jungkook yelled as the fight was creating loud noise which had robably attracted a lot of zombies and if they don't get out of their they might get attacked.

"Are you sure he'll follow us? I mean he might've agreed but he can also not follow us." Jimin pointed out as they neared the ship where Namjoon, Hoseok and Yoongi stood alert.

"What happened out there guys? What's with all the noise-"

"Start the ship hyung." Jungkook interrupted Yoongi as they got inside the ship. Jungkook stayed by the entrance as he watched the way they came waiting for the boy to come.

Another roar was heard before everything suddenly went silent. It became eerie as they couldn't know what had happened. Jungkook on the other hand nearly yelled when the boy appeared infront of him. Hands bloody with 2 cores in them.

"Hyung let's get out of here." Jungkook yelled once he and the boy are both inside with the others, as the entrance were locked tight. Yoongi listened to the youngest flying up fast as a few loud roars were heard in the distance.

"I guess that roar earlier attracted the big boys. We could've gained lots of cores from thek if we weren't outnumbered. Anyways...that's him right?" Hoseok asked as he looked at the boy standing close to Jungkook.

The ship was pretty spacious but the boy had probably decided to stick close to Jungkook for some unknown reason.

"Did you guys know, Kook had managed to persuade him in a matter of minutes not hours. We watched him talk to him a bit before we were shocked as Kook here was extending his hand. And on our way here they were holding hands, if it weren't for that zombie lion getting in the way."

"Well he's already attached to Jungkook so I'm not surprised by that. Kook here has a way of making just about anyone like him or in his case stick close to him." Namjoon pointed to the boy who slightly turned to look at him. The red eyes made them shudder.

It wasn't actually weird for a zombie to have red eyes. It varies on what type they are and since Taehyung is an evolved zombie his eyes are red while the normal ones have pale yellowish eyes with red veins in them. Mutant zombies had black and red eyes while Ultras have blue-green with a bit of red, eyes.

"So does he have a name?" Hoseok asked as he began scanning the boy's body. He needed to know what level he is and just how powerful he is.

"No. He probably couldn't talk hyung. But I noticed a small V sign on his nape so why don't we just call him V." Jungkook suggested as he guided V to sit down beside Jin.

"It sounds better than calling him names. At least he has a name."

Taehyung on the other felt slight joy course through him. He finally has someone to call him by his nickname. V was the nickname his bestfriend Baekyun had given him when they were kids as he had liked making V signs with his hand. That was one of the memories he hadn't forgotten ever.

The mere thought of his friend had dampen his mood. The slight joy he felt vanishing as he looked outside the ship seeing a few zombies near the place they were at earlier.
