Just a quick reminder Taehyung can't talk yet as he is still unable too and after years of not using his voice it's gonna take a while for him to talk normally so I'll be letting you know what he's saying via his thoughts.

Taehyung sighed for the third time that day. His level is nearing Guardian Level due to consuming such a high level core from that Ultra a few weeks ago. He also gained new abilities and one of them is invisibility which he began to like since he can easily sneak up on an enemy zombie and take their core easily.

But the challenge their was the cores location. Not all core resides in the head. Some of them are placed in the heart, stomach or other parts of the body. So you'll have to locate them first before attacking blindly. Attacking blindly will only lead to your own doom.

Right now he is currently a few towns, maybe, away from his home to look for more cores. He had been avoiding Mutant and Animal zombies as well as Ultras since his level won't be much help for now. All the abilities he had gained are all good for saving himself, not for protecting which sucks. But that's how it is, he'll just keep running away for now and look for easier and beatable opponents.

Even though he couldn't talk and can barely remember his past before the end of the world he had only ever remembered his name so even without words he can atleast spell his name using letters. He tried it once when he helped some humans defeat a weakend Ultra, he pointed a few times on a letter but they couldn't get him much so he just left after taking the core with him.

Taehyung suddenly stopped in his tracks. The earth began moving, ruins crumbling even more, cracks on the floor opening up more. He quickly used his super speed to get to higher ground.

Loud explosions were heard as two Ultras began fighting against each other. Their abilities colliding with each other creating massive side effects in their surroundings. Mostly quakes that shook the earth so much that others are being attracted to the cause of it. Even the air was affected as two great powers collide.

"How troublesome. I only came here to look for vulnerable and weak enemies not a bunch of Ultras having a brawl." Taehyung thought as he watched from a far. He watched how the two Ultras fought, gigantic bodies clashing against each other creating shock waves. 

From the place he was safely watching he saw more zombies coming. They probably were attracted with the power the two Ultras are releasing in the air.

"Better leave now before I get involved in this gang fight." He took one last glance at the Ultras letting out a sigh for the loss. The two Ultras surely has great powerful cores but with mote zombies coming it's gonna be tough getting it so it's best to just leave and find another one.

With that he sped off, heading West.

"Guys you gotta check this out. My power radar is detecting huge amount of power south from us." Hoseok exclaimed as he watched his machine with wide eyes and a gaping mouth.

"Let me see...." Jimin quickly stood beside him looking at the screen before frowning. "There's nothing there Hobi. Just a bunch of weird colors. Red being the massive one."

"Idiot the red is the power and it's coming off in waves. Someone or something must be doing this south from here. This shit is powerful and can wiped out half of the planet if it gets stronger." Yoongi said as he sighed before changing their course.

"Wh...what are you doing Yoongi? Why are we heading South?!!" Jin asked voice laced with fear. He was still traumatized with what happened 2 years ago.

"We check it out. We might stumble upon the evolved one there."

"Don't worry Jin. I'll protect you like I've always have." Namjoon said to calm his panicking boyfriend.

"You better or else I won't cook for you anymore." The other's laughed at Jin's threat knowing Namjoon will do anything just to not get such punishment.

They then turned silent when the ship suddenly moved a bit.

"That wasn't me. I fly steady." Yoongi quickly said as he knew the others might question him. Then the ship got pushed back so suddenly Yoongi nearly lost control.

"Shit what's going on?!!"

"That's what's going on." Jin said as he pointed outside the window. Not far from them were two giant Ultras fighting each other generating massive winds that affected and hit their ship.

"Yoongs fly higher or else we might crash if those powerful winds keep on hitting us." Yoongi did as told flying higher but Jungkook's yell suddenly stopped him.

"Guys look there!" He pointed at a safe distance from the Ultras. They all gasped when they saw a boy standing safely away from the battle.

"That must be the one they are talking about-" Jimin said as he watched the boy with wide eyes.

"He's moving guys." Jin gasped making Jimin snort.

"Ofcourse he's moving. He's alive but not entirely."

"Idiot I meant he's going away from the battle." Jin gave Jimin a hard blow on the head.

"Oh. Then you should've said it so clearly. And ow?"

"Dumbass you were the one who interpreted it wrongly."

"Alright you two stop bickering. We'll follow that boy to see what he's up to." Namjoon said as he stood between Jin and Jimin who still kept on throwing insult at one another.

"Shorty."

"Scaredy cat."

"Ugly bitch."

Jungkook sighed as he watched two of his teammates bicker nonstop like kids. He turned to Namjoon and Hoseok before asking.

"Okay remind me again why they became part of our team?"

"Because Jin can cook."

"Jimin's a good trap maker."

"Right...." The three gave each other looks before laughing making Jin and Jimin stop bickering.

"Okay if you guys are seriously making fun of me, I won't cook you my delicious food anymore." Jin threated making Namjoon and Hoseok shut their mouth while Jungkook kept on laughing.

Watching their youngest laugh made Jin's anger subside, a smile replacing his scowl. Those laughs are really priceless when it comes to their youngest. They don't see him laugh like that often so every laugh he does is a memory they should never forget.

So Jin took out his phone and shot a picture of Jungkook's cute laughing face. He even took a video for remembrance so they could watch it later.
