Taehyung took the whole 31st December to cry and eat ice cream.
He didn't even celebrate new year.
He just knew one thing, he will resign tomorrow

Why did jungkook come yesterday?
This was the whole thing going in his mind yet he shooed it off.
Jin and jimin tried so much to get taehyung off the window but they just couldn't
After some time they dropped the idea to cheer him up
It was evening, taehyung didn't have breakfast or lunch he just ate ice cream and chocolate
Taehyung still sat on the window and looked at the empty bench where jungkook sat last time
He sighed repeatedly when he wanted to get jungkook off his head but he couldn't
"Let's just never see him again" he sighed and slept near the window again.
It was like if he left the window side he would loose jungkook
But wasn't he going to do so?

"HAPPY NEW YEAR!" jin and jimin shouted when he came in the room
The room filled with silence when they didn't see taehyung on the bed
But jin sighed when he saw taehyung sleeping near the window
He walked towards the window and petted taehyung who adjusted to the sudden warmth
"Jimin?"
"Yeah?"
"What did we do to get a brother like this?"
"I don't know maybe we did good deeds in our previous life" jimin silently laughed
Jin sighed and woke taehyung up
"Time to go to office sweetie"
Taehyung yawned
He looked at jin with a poker face
"Jin hyung I am resigning" he said
"Wait wait wait?! Since when?!" Jin whisper yelled
"Since jungkook kissed kiss" he sighed
And this made jin shut his mouth
Taehyung went in the bathroom and got ready

Red puffy eyes clearly visible.
"I am going. Today is my last day" he said as he picked his bag and walked downstairs.
Jin sighed and waved him goodbye
He slowly walked thinking about his decision when he took every step.
He finally decided that he WILL resign when he looked at the office building
He briskly walked towards jungkook's cabin.
He gulped before he opened the gate.
He saw jungkook working on his laptop, tears bluring his eyes at the thought that the older isn't even bothered about what happened a day before yesterday.

"Mr.jeon" he said in a slow voice and jungkook looked up to again look back at his laptop
"Yes mr.kim?" He asked
Taehyung arched an eyebrow
" I am here to resign sir" taehyung said
"No I am sorry you can't" jungkook said still looking at his laptop
"What the fuck?" Taehyung whispered
"Mr.jeon as you see the agreement is over so I would like to resign" taehyung said a bit more confident
"No you can't because I won't let you" jungkook closed his laptop
"Why are you being so stubborn?!" Taehyung half yelled
"Why do you wanna leave?" Jungkook asked walking towards taehyung
"You think I'll stay after what happened yesterday?!" Taehyung said tears flowing through his eyes
"Let me explain" jungkook said pity in his eyes but not for taehyung but for himself
"I don't need any lies jungkook" taehyung said as he ran his hands through his hair
"Please don't leave" jungkook whispered because that was the only thing he could do now
Taehyung looked at jungkook and he could have melted if he wasn't hurt
"Baby I need you. Please don't leave me" jungkook let a few years roll down
Taehyung closed his eyes as he let a few of his tears roll down too
He knew he would cry but he didn't know that he would have to see jungkook cry too.
He only saw jungkook as a tough guy.
Jungkook knelt down as he grabbed his hair in frustration
"Don't leave me. I would die without you. Don't" he mumbled continuously
He crawled over to taehyung as he grabbed his waist, his head over taehyung's stomach wetting his shirt.
Taehyung's hands turned into fists as he stopped himself from running his hands into the soft locks of jungkook
"Baby I love you and only you" he mumbled in taehyung's shirt
"You should have thought of that before kissing that girl" taehyung yelled as he let the grip jungkook had on him loose.
"I am resigning jungkook. Try to forget me as I will try to forget you" taehyung said as he left the crying male on the floor sniffling as he banged his fists on the floor
"Don't leave me, please don't" jungkook said at the retreating figure
Jungkook thought to be tough. He knew that this thought would come in taehyung's mind and he mad his mind to not let go of taehyung but look at him now. He promised to never let go taehyung, he promised to be strong for him
But this really proves that promises are meant to be broken

Taehyung ran from the building as he sniffled.
He wanted to touch jungkook's hair
Was that a bad thing to do?
Was he being selfish?
Was he not being mature?
But right now taehyung couldn't care any less. He just knew he was here to resign because if he stayed with jungkook he might cry all the time.
He might be reminded of all those sweet memories he wanted to forget
He might kiss those lips who were once touched by that bitch
He might forgive him when he doesn't want to
He will forget him
And that would be the best joke for him
Can he forget him?
He can't for the world

"Stop!" He was stopped in his tracks when a hand pulled him towards him
"I am not letting you go that easily now"
He pulled him in a hug
Taehyung looked up
"Leave me jungkook" he said with a poker face.
