Wow that sounded so 1980s.....

Anyways I'ma start posting some of my life's most funniest, embarrassing, and heartfelt stories every saturday so yeah stay up for those. 

Without further ado....Let's begin

Ight so this takes place when I was 14 turning 15 in the miserable fields of My middle school (In case I haven't told most of you already PSMS 43). During that time I had a best friend which we'll call him Alex. Alex always skateboarded, listened to rock (Influenced me on that part) was really good with girls, and played video games. He'd do his school work every now and then so he wasn't a complete dropout. We became close friends from a game you all may know called 'Rise of the tomb raider" because of our same liking to the Main character "Lara Croft". 

During our BroHood I liked this girl we'll call Abigail. Abigail was one of the baddest girls in our school (By baddest I mean looks) ranking at least top 3. We were friends and talked very often but I really couldn't tell if she liked me the way I liked her. I talked to Alex about the problem and he 100% jumped in to help me out. Through research we found out that she was SINGLE AS A PRINGLE and didn't really like anyone in particular. 

I'm young so you know my talking skills are 0 to shit when it comes to flirting with girls. Like don't get me wrong I can make them laugh their ass off..........But that's usually it. So Alex and I basically went "Girl training." I'm not gonna lie if it were a movie then he'd be the 'pretty boy' While I was the 'Funny man' so I'd watch what he'd do to talk to girls. After about a month of me trying to copy EVERYTHING the man was doing he just patted my shoulder and said "Just be yourself bro. If she doesn't want you for you then she isn't worth it."

When I think about it for a 14 year old he could talk his ass off. So I went on to her and we chatted up a storm for like 20 minutes. THIS Is where shit crumples for me. As were talking she laughs and says "I don't know why you don't have a girlfriend yet." So in my mind I'm like "PERFECT TIMING!" and right before the words leave my mouth she says "Hey, you know Alex right?" My heart stopped but I kept my composure I said "Yeah. He's my best friend why?" She smiles and looks away and when that happened I already felt what she was gonna ask next "I like Alex. You think maybe you can help me out?" 

I probably stared at her for a good minute before answering because my heart just shattered into a million little middle schooler pieces. "U-um, I gotta go." Is what left my mouth and I flew out the cafeteria. Alex saw me and started chasing after me. When he caught up I was in my seat (In the classroom) looking like someone stole my soul. He sat next to me and made sure I was okay and I told him what she said "Damn, don't worry bro. There's plenty of girls out there." I got mad and was like "I don't want any other girl. I want her but she likes you!" Or something like that lol

Eventually I calmed down due to him trying to make me laugh the whole time, which he succeeded on, and moved on. Coming to find out when she did ask him out he rejected her kindly and said "I like someone else." and I knew he was lying because I knew he didn't really like no one else. Honestly he wanted her but he felt it would be disrespectful to me. A week later I ended up getting a girlfriend anyway, Alex ending up dating abigail cause I was like "Bro she likes you, don't turn that down because of my feelings. Don't worry I'm good." and I ended up being with her until my middle school days were over and I deported to high school.
