Ingredients: something to represent each element (ex. fire is a candle, water is a glass of water, earth is a leaf, air is a feather, darkness is your shadow, electricity is batteries, ice is an ice cube).

Put each object in front of you, and sit down. Calmly clear your mind, and focus on your breathing. Close your eyes. Say the following aloud:

"Spirits above I ask you now to guide my true elements towards me."

If you feel hot or hear fire, you're fire. If you hear water you're water. If you smell dirt you're earth. If you feel wind you're air. If you feel like the room suddenly went dark your darkness.If you feel or hear zapping sounds then you're electricity. If you feel cold you're ice.
