Abilities: Main- Aura manipulation, AKA power mimicry, allows Lila to copy other powers which she has been exposed to by manipulating her aura. She can alter the power levels of the ability she chooses to copy but this requires a large amount of effort, and can often lead to exhaustion.

In the past she has mimicked:
-Wind manipulation (copied from Gavin and her preferred power when she's doing her night job)
-Time control (copied from Victor)
-Energy manipulation (copied from Lucien and Shaw)
-Telekenesis (Copied from a criminal she caught earlier on. She often uses this in her normal everyday life, specifically to heal both herself AND her students)

Weaknesses: Aura manipulation, although powerful, has a few limitations.
¤Lila can only ever mimic a power she can see physically but anything intangible, such as Kiro's charm power, she can't mimic.
¤Lila can also only copy one power at a time, she can't use them simultaneously. ¤And lastly, she has to be exposed to the power first before being able to retain the power in her memory.

¤Aside from the use of her powers, Lila can often be quite irksome. In the eyes of the law anyway. Running around with dangerous powers and refusing to submit to authority obviously proves a problem for the law enforcers. *Cough* Gavin. (Unbeknownst to him, Leto is desperately trying to eradicate Aura permanently to maintain order)

¤She has a thirst to prove herself to the world which is often mistaken to be a inferiority complex and can often cause her to be unrelenting. She doesn't want to prove she's better than people- just that she's good!

¤She's stubborn as HELL

¤Due to being unbound by the law, she is basically free to deal with criminals however she wants. Although she tends to avoid harming people, she's not afraid of teaching certain criminals the lessons they deserve. Nothing fatal but don't blame her if they accidentally end up in police custody with a broken nose

Appearance:
Lila is a rather demure looking young woman with waist length brown hair and light brown eyes. She's sometimes found wearing glasses during the day but opts for contact lenses most of the time, specifically due to the nature of her profession. Having her glasses sliding off her face when trying to catch criminals isn't exactly ideal, afterall. She stands at 5'5 with a rather petite figure, and multiple ear piercings on both ears.

When she adopts her alias, she tends to wear a hoodie and mask in order to protect her identity. More often than not, her hoodie will have cat ears because SHE LOVES CATS. Kind of like this:

Of course her hair is still brown (unlike the picture) but she ties it up to keep it out of the way.

Personality: Despite looking like a shy damsel in distress, Lila is pretty much the opposite. She's confident, sexy and a bit of a flirt.

As Aura, she's very mischievous at the best of times, loving to mess around with cops and criminals alike. Its all in good fun, and she never means to harm anyone but she does find it very amusing. She knows how much the police hate her getting involved in their cases which only prompts her to get involved further. She also enjoys flirting and getting on the nerves of a particular agent...

As a school nurse, she has a naturally caring disposition and she does take very good care of her students. She enjoys playing along as various of her male students proclaim their love for her, only laughing before rejecting them delicately.

Without meaning to, she can sometimes come off as rather intimidating to those who don't know her due to her striking confidence. Of course this often leads to whispers of her being a bitch and whatnot but she doesn't really care, sticking to only her closest friends and her cat, Mochi.

Backstory: Lila's mother had died during childbirth sadly which left her in the care of her father. Her father was never really there in her childhood, always mysteriously disappearing for "work" and always being rather cold and aloof. Despite this, she knew her father did care about her and so she'd always tried her very best to learn how to be independent and feel like less of a burden.

Her powers weren't discovered until high school due to her lack of exposure to other Evols.

She had first realised she had powers when she was walking home by herself one day. She was quickly cornered by a tall masked man, who had demanded she hand over any money she had. Despite being terrified, Lila refused defiantly which only resulted in the criminal getting angry. Before she knew what was happening, he had held a gun to her head.

At this point, she was sure she was dead. That was until Gavin, the rather rough looking kid in her class, came around the corner and yelled at the criminal to drop the gun. Just as the criminal was about to shoot, Lila watched as the man was slowly lifted into the air. Realising that it wasn't her doing so, nor the criminal (who was now panicking) she looked to Gavin who seemed to be... controlling the wind. And then she felt a strange sensation in her own fingertips, almost as though she herself could read the air.

"Watch yourself" He had murmured, eyes briefly flitting to her before he looked back up at the criminal who was struggling in the air.

Lila had only nodded silently, too dumbfounded to even utter a thanks as she ran out of the alleyway and back home. She hadn't stopped to even take a breath, her mind reeling. Did superpowers really exist?

Her father had once told her a story about people called Evols but she thought it was a myth. He seemed to hate Evols, talking about how they would only abuse their power and they were only a stepping stone to a brighter future. But he was wrong... Gavin had just saved her. And he didn't want anything from her, despite saving her life. And the way he had controlled the wind, it was so cool. He looked so effortless, she wished she could do it.

"W-Woah!" She cried out, not realising as she had tripped over an uneven slab of pavement. She waited for the impact... but it never came. She opened her eyes, expecting to see some kind of handsome guy holding her like ALL the movies these days ;) but instead found herself suspended mid air, face inches from the floor.

Her eyes widened and she flapped her arms in a rather comedic fashion, panicking slightly as she flipped over, still in the air. "W-Whats happening?" She began hyperventilating, yelping as she lost control and fell back on her backside. "Ow" She winced, standing back up and fixing her glasses.

What had just happened? Maybe she was just dreaming... She didn't wait to find out, walking home and desperately hoping to have a normal rest of the day.

That night, when her father came home, Lila decided to divulge the details of her day. She needed him to know that not all Evols were bad.

"D-Did you just say YOU manipulated the air?" He had stuttered, eyes widening and beginning to sweat rather profusely.

"I'm not entirely sure what I did... I don't even know if I was dreaming or if it was real" She sighed, realising how worried he suddenly seemed.

"Lets find out" But before she could ask what he meant, her father had grabbed Mochi and walked out onto the balcony.

"Papa?" She asked unsurely, walking out behind him. She gasped at the sight before her, putting her arms out. "Put him down!" She cried, watching as the older man held mochi (who was still a kitten back then) over the edge of the balcony.

"No, I need to know" He shook his head, his eyes lacking any sort of emotion. "Are you an evol?"

"I-I don't know. But papa- Please let Mochi down! We can find out in a different way, please" She begged, stepping forward but pausing as he leaned further over the balcony.

"Are you an evol, Lila?" He demanded, his glasses flashing in the moonlight. Mochi was struggling in his grip, meowing with desperation as he could sense the danger. They were 6 storeys up afterall.

"Please, Papa! He's scared" Lila shouted, tears filling her eyes as her eyes were fixed on Mochi.

"Are you-"

"I don't know" She shouted, now both angry and scared. Why was he doing this? Although cold, her father was never this heartless.

"You've left me no choice" And with those words, he let go of Mochi.

"Mochi!" She screamed, running forwards and watching as her beloved pet felt towards the busy roads in slow motion.

She felt a surge of power fill her and suddenly burst out of her, the wind carrying Mochi upwards and back into her hands. Tears rolled down her face as she hugged Mochi tightly, looking up at her father angrily.

"How could you? What if I didn't have powers? Y-You would've KILLED Mochi!" She shouted, gasping as she slashed her hand through the air and the wind pushed her father backwards onto the floor of the balcony.

"This... This is bad" He whispered to himself, not even bothering to apologise. "You're an Evol"

"Why is it bad? I'm not evil just because I have powers" She retorted, challenging his rigid beliefs.

"No- You don't understand. This is... How could this be? No... I cant let them find out" He quickly stood up, beginning to pace.

"Let who find out?" Lila questioned, eyebrows furrowing at his strange musings.

"I... I'm going to fix this. Okay. Lila, don't let ANYONE know you have these powers" He looked desperate now, holding her shoulders tightly.

"I- Why? Papa, you're scaring me"

"Dont worry, I'll fix this. Don't ever use your powers in public, okay? Promise me you won't use them where you can be seen" He said, eyes filled with fear.

"I-I..."

"Promise me, Lila!" He exclaimed, shaking her slightly.

"I promise!" She blurted out, also beginning to get scared at how he was acting.

That night, her father had left once again for "work". Only this time, he hadn't come back for a whole week. She began to get worried and quickly went to the police station, placing a missing persons report.

It wasn't long until she had received the phone call that had changed her life as knew knew it.

She had been told privately that her father had been working for an organisation called Black Swan, conducting research on Evols. Whilst in the process of destroying his research (after finding out the research could be used against his own daughter), he was found and quickly taken care of by the very organisation he had devoted years of his life to.

The knowledge that her father worked for such evil people ate away at her for a very long time, and although devastated by her loss of the last of her family, formed part of the reason why she became a Vigilante.

She knew she had nothing to prove and yet she had a raging desire to show the world that she wasn't evil like her father thought Evols were. Evolvered deserved to live, they weren't some science experiment. She wanted to help people, as Gavin had helped her. She wanted to honour the people in her life who had helped her and the promise she made her father, and so she donned a mask and became Aura.

She took the world by force, working in the night to protect her identity and help the innocent people of her city. And as she came across more Evols, she quickly picked up a larger skill set of powers which only helped her become more powerful.

Relationships/Love interests: Following her encounter with Gavin in the alleyway where he saved her, Lila began taking an interest in him.

They had never spoken about his use of powers after that day, but they began seeing each other much more. It wasn't long until she fell for him, even if it was the last year of high school.

She had asked him out rather shyly after deciding one day that she wanted him to know how she felt instead of regretting it later and to her surprise, he had accepted her invite despite already having feelings for a brunette girl 2 years below them.

However, the high didn't last very long as they approached the end of the year and he prepared to enlist in the police service. They had broken up before they really got the chance to explore their relationship further.

Years later, she was still in contact with Gavin and he'd sometimes come down to the school she worked at to get patched up. They had a friendly relationship, and she appreciated that... even if her heart did beat faster around him.

As Aura, she gets to speak... or argue with him even more. Part of the reason why she loves being a vigilante so much is because of how often her path collides with his. She loves being able to see him all the time, even if he doesn't know who she is. She's well aware of his distaste for Aura and Vigilantes, but that doesn't stop her. She enjoys flirting with him, and seducing him while he attempts to remain stoic and rigid.

She's had a few relationships after Gavin but most of them were short lived, as Tinder relationships are. YOUR GIRLS A SINGLE PRINGLE
