When I was in school I never really had any friends that where my proper friends. They didn't like me for long and didn't understand me. I was quiet person in school and didn't exactly smile,no idea why but that was just me. When I stared my secondary school year 7, I had this one girl who was my friend for the whole year. We got along great,I went to her house talked with her sister. We had a couple of lessons together. Then come the start of year 8 I didn't see her around as I was in a different set of lessons, when I did see her again she would hide from me. I don't even know why she stopped being my friend, she never told me and I never asked.

My year 9 at school was the worst,the small group of girls that where in my lessons and we hung out outside of the classroom,we got along and stayed sort of friends until year 11. But that year I was most alone,where most of the girls where talking about which boy they fancied, who was having a party and who was having sex with who. I was on my own mourning the loss of three of my hero's that year Michael Jackson,Patrick Swayze and Stephen Gately. Of course no one cared when M.J died and even if they did they wouldn't admit to it.

For years 10 and 11 I stills as kind of friends with the girls from year 9 and a couple of others from my form but that was it. I guess I isolated my self from them, we never shared a common interest,and I like to talk about something I'm passionate about with someone equally as passionate. But my friends never shared my intressts of J.D,M,J, Boyzone,Harry Potter and CSI Miami.

In the end I just decided that I liked my self of the way I am,and the so called friends of mine couldn't understand that,then they aren't worth my time. There was this one time in Year 7 with the girl I talked about before,wanted me to be more girly and less tomboy. She wanted me to walk different, wear my hair up instead of down and sit different.
