Some of you may or may not know that with the announcement of the potential Harry Potter TV show, people have already begun picking actors out for certain characters and in turn dissing the actor that has already done brilliant for that character. I'm talking about Twitter and Severus Snape. Yes I am well aware that there are loads of people out there don't like him and that people are entitled to the own opinions but some of them are just be out right jerks.

One minute your like 'oh we love Alan Rickman as Snape,no one can ever play him better.' 'we understand why did what he did', and the next your like 'oh Alan was wrong for the role he was to old,Snape could have been portrayed better. We want more of the book' make your damn minds up it's fucking annoying.

What most people seem to forget that there are people that do actually like Snape as a character and understand why he was they way he was. Not like half of you who base your opinion on fan theory's and fan fictions. Most Snape fans have been standing up for him since before you where born.

I know some of you want to see what a different actor can do with the character and maybe have the chance to base him more on the books,but you also have to remember that some people myself included do not want to see anyone else try to be Snape,and certainly do not want a TV show made of the books. The films are brilliant as they are,and I know people will bitch and say' they left alot out' which is true but they only left in bits that are important.

A lot of people seem to thinkt that Snape being in love with Lilly wasn't actually love but obsession. But think of it this way,have you ever been in love with someone that doesn't love you back,and then falls in love with someone that bullied you? No most of you haven't and will not experience that but Snape did,and yes I know he was a bully to Harry and the others but it was Harry's dad James and co that bullied Snape,and sometimes someone who was  bullied can become a bully.

Most of you Snape haters like to over look that fact and also the fact the Snape was a double agent and was always protecting Harry from the beginning. And then there is the lesser know but of information that J.K Rowling here self has said that before James and Lilly where killed she had got James and Severus to get along better and when she died,she was pregnant with her second child and wanted Snape to be the god father this time.

Some don't think Harry should have named Severus's in his child's name with Albus,but Snape was a brave man he was betrayed Voldemort the whole time, telling info to the order about his activities and not many people would be brave enough to do that. Love is a powerful motivatior which is why Snape begged Voldemort to not kill Lilly and then also begged Dumbledore to hide the Potter family from Voldemort.

So next time you want to say something horrible about Severus Snape,just remember there are people on here that do like the character and yes you are entitled to your own opinion about him. Just try to be more curtius about what you say, because you might just upset someone like me. And I won't stand for it.
