I wish I could fly
High in the sky
Then it would be goodbye
To the land
My feet will rise from the sand

I wish I could fly
Carefree like a bird
Flapping my colourful wings
What colours would they be, I wonder,
Blue and white,
Maybe striped,
Beautiful they must be, Yet powerful like thunder,
Look, look these yonder
Skies are mine
The clouds are fine
The air, it shines
Tonight, the stars intertwine,
And dissolve within the colour of my blood

The air fills up my veins,
A sudden rush sweeps me off my feet,
Look look how gravity I cheat,
Now I repeat,
In the air boat, as I take my seat,
And fly up piercing the air

No chains on my flight,
No restraints on my light,
High up in the air, Oh what a sight,
My heart jumps in joy as my mind ends the fight,
Oh who said I couldn't fly?!! Hahaha

Look at me now, I rise and rise,
Look up and you will see me, I tell no lies,
Look at me now I rise and rise,
I fly so high till every struggle dies,
Break all worldly ties,
I rise and rise, I rise and rise,
To see what lies,
Where my reality blends,
Fly to where my agony ends,
A silent prayer to the heavens I send

And so once again I land,
On the big beautiful world that had earlier looked so bland,
But my lips smile,
For I know whenever it gets hard or sad,
I am nature's daughter, and so whenever, for help, I shall scream,
Whenever I feel weighed down by the agony or the lies,
My beautiful wings will take me to the wonderland of my dreams,
And again I shall rise,
Look, look at sky,
Look carefully, up in the air so high,
Do you see me fly? Don't you see me fly?
