Seto's POV

His aura is the complete opposite of mine. His personality, his clothes, everything. It's always the opposite. He is the light of his world, mostly because it is the light realm.
About me, I'm a feared creature of the dark realm. Danced and cheated Death, played games with the undead, and killed anyone that disagreed with me that was lower than me, sometimes higher taking their place.
Our kingdoms always cross each other, day and night. Night is where my realm roams free, but the day belongs to them.
I don't know about this boy, but he draws me in closer every time I see him.
I watch him from inside the tree's Shadows as he looked at the flowers I created for him.
One black with purple swirls, the other gold with white swirls. I wander a bit closer. He is just so..... I don't know how to describe it, but I know it isn't natural for my world.
I step on a twig. He heard me.
"Hey Seto!" He called out to me. I was never one to talk in the day, so I retreated back into the Shadows, starting to enter my world.
"Hey wait up!" He stumbled after me. That was the last thing I heard before I fell into my world, only to return for the night, and I know he will be there.

Brice's POV

I was in the forest with all the animals. Then I saw the most interesting flowers as I came to a clearing. One was a bright gold and white flower, the other was a purple dark mysterious flower.
That's when I heard a twig snap. I look behind me to see an unusual Shadow bulging out from the trees. I knew it was him.
"Hey Seto!" I called to him. I just feel so compelled to him. He's a mystery to me that I want to solve. The Shadows started to disappear.
"Hey! Wait up!" It was too late. They were already gone.

3rd person POV

Night started to fall a few minutes later. Brice knew he had to retreat to his domain to hide from the other realm. He didn't. He waited for Seto.
"It's dangerous now," The Sorcerer appeared behind Brice as soon as the sun disappeared.
"I know," Brice shrugged, "But I wanted to see you."
"There's something I need to tell you," Seto sighed.
"Go on."
"Try as I might, but you have stirred something within me. It was a feeling I gave up long ago. I have fallen in love with you, and can't stop it."
"Seto-"
"I know, you don't feel the same way but-" Seto never finished, as Brice kissed him, silencing what words were not true.
The sun rise never looked more beautiful that morning.

Yes, yes I know. Not the best but I'm very proud of this for something that didn't have Death in it. This idea did not stop bothering me all day.
