Backstory: he was close to Dabi/Toya as a kid. They where basically inseparable. Toya would always come over to the Bakugo residence and spend time with them. But the bakugos moved when Katsuki was born. But Kaen and Toya still went to the same school. In fact. In the beginning of middle school/Junior High, they kissed. But That was the same day Toya went missing. Kaen became unsocial and normally kept to himself unless it's his family. Now hes in college studying to become a child theripist/child psychiatrist.
