Backstory: "Penny Grew Up In The Forest Somewhere On Mikan Island And She Didn't Have The Best Childhood Growing Up As A Little Kit Especially As She Was Seen As "The Runt" In Her Family And Struggled To Fit In And Live Up To Her Family, Struggling To Feel Like She Belonged And Was Worth Something. Penny Was Born As As Anthropomorphic And Had Some Human-Like Features To Her Such As Being Able To Speak Human Language But Only To A Certain Extent As She Struggled To Understand Some Human Language And She Was Also Born With Fox, Red Panta Features Even Though Her Biological Family Are Foxes, But This Really Pushed Her Family Away As They Saw Her As A Mistake And As A Last Resort, Her Parents Shamed Her Often Which Made Penny Feel Alone And Worthless, She Truly Wanted To Be Loved And Worth Something..To Be Accepted And Loved By Her Family But She Knew That Was A Lost Cause, She Knew She'd Never Be Good Enough Not Only For Her Family But For Anyone For That Matter. "It Took Sometime And Dealing And Grieving Over Her Family's Death And Dealing With Conflicting Feelings (She Still Loved Her Parents Even Though They Were Cruel) Over Her Feelings About Them And Their Treatment, Penny Was Luckily Found And Taken In By A Teenager Girl Named Olivia, Who Helped Nurse Her Back To Health And Take Care Of Her Until She's Fully Healed And Prepared To Be Released Back Into The Wild Where She Belongs. And Although Olivia's Parents Were Against Their Daughter Bringing Any Animals Into Their Home, They Offered Their Daughter To Keep Penny Until Further Notice In Hopes She's Responsible And Takes Good Cara Of Her. Over The Next Few Months + Weeks As Penny Starts Growing And Getting Bigger, Both Olivia And Penny Start To Grow Closer With Their Friendship And Bond With Olivia And Spending Time With Olivia Was Some Of Penny's Happiest Moments As This Was The First Time Where She's Started Truly Feel Loved And Almost Worth Something..But, Apart Of Her Felt Like She Didn't Deserve This And Knew This Probably Wasn't Going To Last Long And Be Forever And It Unfortunately Wasn't. Despite Olivia's Pleads And Begging, Olivia's Parents Forced Her To Release Penny Back In The Wild As She's Not Only Growing But Is Also Healed And Okay, This Decision Was Difficult For Both Olivia And Penny But Penny Took This The Hardest, As She Felt Her Dreams And Desire For Love And Family Was Being Stripped Away From Her Which Slowly Caused Her To Lose Hope And Faith As She Felt She'd Never Find Somewhere Where She'd Belong Or Anyone Who Was Gonna Truly Love Her."

"But Soon, Everything Changed Once Team Rocket Came Into The Picture And Truly Changed Her Life Forever. One Day, Penny Was Taking Her Daily Strolls And Walking Around The Forest And Looking For Food As She's Always Done When Trying To Survive, But That's Until She Was Suddenly Kidnapped By Team Rocket Themselves, 'Jessie, James & Meowth' As She Was Thrown In A Cage And Taken Back With Them To Team Rocket HQ To See Giovanni As The Trio Mistaken Penny As A New Type Of Pokemon Species Even Though She Tried To Explain To Them That She Wasn't, Not Even Knowing What A Pokemon Even Was. And When Arriving At The Headquarters And Speaking With Giovanni, He Seemed Rather Unamused And Confused As He Didn't See Anything 'Special' Or Different That Made Penny Look Like A Pokemon And Basically Didn't See Any Use In Her And Was About Her Throw Her To The Curve. But What Did Interest Him However, Was How Penny Was Able To Speak Some Human-Lanuage Like Meowth And Had Two Animal Features, So He Insisted On Keeping Penny Around So That Some Tests Could Be Done On Her And Made The Trio Aware To Keep A Close On Her And Make Sure She Doesn't Escape And Try Anything, Giovanni Made It Clear He Had Some Plans For Penny And Wanted To Train Her Into Becoming Apart Of His Headquarters, Sensing Some Possible Potential In Her. Now Although TR Trio Seemed Pleased And Overjoyed That They Were Able To Pull Off A Job Without Any Troubles And Worries, (Even Tho Penny Isn't A Pokemon) The Trio Were Still Curious On Learning Some More On Penny As They Seemed To Have Some Interest, Although Jessie Doesn't Want Anything To Do With Her And Seems More Glad The Boss Is Pleased With Them But Meowth Plans Out A Plan In A Way To Help Make Penny Feel Comfortable And Manipulate Her Into Joining TR And Feel More At Home. Jessie And James Think About This And Agree Into This Plan And Penny's Relationship With The Trio Doesn't Start Off The Best And Understandably So As They Keep Her In A Cage Alone Most Of The Time, And Penny Doesn't Trust Them Or Wants Anything To Do With Him Which Makes It Difficult For Any Of The Trio To Truly Communicate With Her And It Didn't Help That She Wasn't Much Of A Talker. But, Meowth Thankfully Is The One Who Makes The First Move And Tries Getting To Know Her (Even Though This Is All Part Of The Plan) And Actually Form A Conversation And After Some Convincing And Such, Penny Actually Slowly Starts To Warm Up To Meowth Slowly And Enjoys His Company. She's Not Used To Anyone Being Around Her This Long So It Felt Nice Being Able To Talk To Someone Who Seemed To Actually Care, Although Meowth Was Doing This As A Part Of His Plan, He Also Starts To Enjoy Spending Time And Hanging Out With Penny And Can Sense That She's Definitely A Lot Troubled That He Might've Thought And Seems Lost, Knowing She Could Use A Friend And Luckily Meowth Became Penny's First Friend, She Did Eventually Warmed Up To Both Jessie And James Although It Took Sometime."
