Liza can be quite sassy and sarcastic, and is often taken as 'rude'. But usually, that's her way of either dealing with harder subjects, or fighting off emotions. Unless she just REALLY wants to be sarcastic and tick someone off. You never really know with her.

Liza also tends to seem quiet to 'strangers', but in reality, she's a loud one. She loves talking, but she does know when to shut up. Well, most of the time. I guess you could call her a 'party girl', though she's not that rowdy. Not usually.

And as fun and as outgoing as she seems, you do not want to get on her bad side. She can be cold, merciless, and just plain mean if you piss her off. She generally knows exactly what would hurt you most, whether physical, or with words. She doesn't do physical fighting, though. She leaves that to her brother. Also, if the person is a complete stranger, that makes it difficult to hit a weak spot, if it's somebody she knows, however, that makes it extremely easy.

Power(s): Liza is Claircognizant. That basically translates to 'Clear Knowing'. Which basically means she simply 'knows' things with no evidence to back it up. It could be something about the past, the future, emotions, and the present.
Usually this feeling is a gut instinct, and she trusts it all the time.

She also has flimsy control over the weather. Though not much. Sometimes she can hardly make a single, small, cloud move. And it drains her. After attempting to even somewhat control it, she's exhausted, and is sometimes sick. Even if it failed. And on the rare occasion (like when she tries something bigger than a light shower), she passes out. That's not common though.

Skills:

Liza is good at recognizing when something is wrong. With close friends, at least. She trusts her instinct.

She's really good at reading, and knows some Latin, and a little bit of Ancient Greek.

She's not strong physically, but mentally, she is. She rarely backs down, even if the consequences for not doing so are dire.

Backstory: Liza grew up pretty happily. She never went to a public school, she was homeschooled, along with the rest of her siblings. But besides that, she had a pretty normal and happy life.
Most of her time was spent with her brother. She found her little sister annoying, and her brother was tolerable. Or at least, that's what she'd say. They were actually really close and do anything for eachother. Despite how different their personalities were, they got along great.
Liza first figured out she was Claircognizant when her parents kept getting surprised by her knowing things before she should have, or just when she knew things she should have. She did a bit of research on it, and figured that was what she was. As for her flimsy control over the weather, she never actually meant to try it. But, like all little kids, they play, and they pretend, so she pretended she could move a cloud. She was shocked to discover that she could move it, even if only slightly. Though she had no idea why she was tired and nauseous the rest of the day. Eventually she figured out it was because she could move clouds, but she didn't figure that out for a few years.

Strengths
She isn't afraid to be herself, at least most of the time. She does know, however, when to be what. Most of the time though, that's herself.

She usually has a great social life. Despite being homeschooled. She knows how to talk, and isn't afraid to use her voice.

And she calls this a strength, but I'm not sure what it would fall under...
She has the ability to tick people off easily. Only if she wants to though. If she doesn't, she rarely ticks people off. If she does, however, watch out.

Weaknesses
Liza has a bit of a smart mouth... well, more than a bit. But you get the point.

She can also be very untrusting. With certain people, that is. If it's someone she thinks she can trust, then yeah, she trusts them, but if she either can't tell, or doesn't think she can trust them, it'll take a long time for her to trust them.

And she doesn't back down easily. Or, you know, at all. She could get suspended qnd she still wouldn't back down from an argument. Not a good thing. At all.

Fears
One of her secret fears is being torn away from her brother. She doesn't like being away from him for too long, despite their frequent arguments.

Another one is not being accepted for who she is. Not that that would stop her, but it's there.

She also really hates spiders. They scare her half to death.
