Personality:

She's always ready, and it's pretty hard to take her by surprise. I would suggest not trying to surprise her. Like, at all. You don't wish to get hurt. She wouldn't hesitate to break your nose with her fists. She wouldn't necessarily punch you, but I would still say not to even try. You never know.

Cleo wasn't always like this. She used to be a sweet, and happy girl. When she was younger, that is. When her older sister was reaped, that's when she started becoming the version you now see. It broke her. She had nobody to rely on. Especially not after her sisters death. So she had to heal herself. And thats not easy.

She may still be warm and happy, but there's an air of coldness to her, and recklessness was hidden behind her eyes of ice. The chilly breeze on a summer's day, perhaps? While she is still social, she often doesn't find many people to talk to. Even though she tries to.

Here's another tip: don't get her mad. She will defend those she trusts, and those she is loyal to, until she dies. She will fight fiercely, even if she only has her fists, knees, nails, and feet. She won't however, do any of this if she knows she's weaker than the opponent. She's not stupid. Reckless, maybe. Stupid, no.

The old Cleo had burned to the ground, and what rose was Cleo that wasn't afraid to kill. A Cleo to be afraid of. A Cleo that the old Cleo would have feared. A Cleo that no longer cared.

Strengths:

I'd say one of her strengths os her resilience. She tried her best to stay strong when her sister died, and she can stay strong now.

Another one would be her smart mouth. She can be very sarcastic when she wants to be. Sometimes it gets her into trouble. Others it gets her out. It depends.

One more would probably be her lack of emotion. Or at least, that's what it appeared to be. She has been able to force emotion out of her voice and expression. Even if she still feels it inside.

Weaknesses:

Her lack of confidence. Yes, she's more confident than when she was younger, but she's still not completely confident. And her hesitance could be disastrous.

Her smart mouth would be another one. Even though it's a strength, it could also be a weakness. She's gotten into trouble because of it. Especially by her mum. Her mum hates it.

One last one would be how quick she is to feel threatened. In an ordinary day, this is bad. You can't go around punching people at school because they startle you. In the games, this would be an ally. It would boost her chance of survival.

Thoughts on twist: Cleo despises it. Sure, it would make things interesting for the capitol, but do they not think of how much pain the tributes will be in, how much their parents will be in? Despicable...

Thoughts on the games: They're horrible. She lost her sister in them a few years back. After that... she hated them. Wanted to destroy them. Sure, she hated them before, but after her sister she hated them with a seething passion.

Token: Cleo has a black, tight choker that used to be her sisters.

Reaped or Volunteered?:
Reaped. In her words, "Why the f*ck would i volunteer for something that would get me killed?!"

Area Strengths: Forested areas would definitely be a strength. Also maybe really cold areas. She's always been good with the cold.

Area Weaknesses: Anywhere that involves swimming. She can swim (kind of), but she'd probably end up drowning. Also anywhere hot. She's never been good with heat.

Thoughts on Capitol: She doesn't think all of the capitol is bad, just 98% of it. In other words, she hates them. How could they even start these games? It's horrible.
