Hey guys!...wow. I really didn't mean to go so long without updating. I'm sure you all think I gave up on the mermaids, but truthfully, I finished the entire month, and missed only two days. I'm not sure why I stopped updating..I've just been extremely, incredibly busy. I sincerely apologize, but mostly for the wait on Memorize Me.

Here's my excuse: I was busy with life (not gonna explain exactly what) and then I went out of state on a small, week-long vacation, and as soon as I got back, I was sick and I'm just now recovering. Even through all this, I still tried to squeeze some words in on Memorize Me, but I was feeling completely dry and unmotivated, with a severe case of writer's block even though I know precisely what I want to happen next. That's an awful way to feel as a writer--it just unmotivated me further, and I forgot the joy of writing for a couple weeks. I feel shitty for keeping you all waiting for so long, but now I'm finally feeling back on my feet. I have a few hundred words written for chapter 25, and I will try extremely hard to have Memorize Me updated within the next week.

Here's the next point: I am 96% sure that you all have no interest in seeing another seventeen mermaids, some of whom I hate or are just shitty sketches. This is why I'm going to choose which ones I want to publish--the only ones I like.

This one here is actually the last mermaid I did for Mer-May on May 31. It's the most effort I put into all of the days, and obviously, it's Ariel, and I saved her for last. I hope you all enjoy this one; I certainly do!
